Yes, it's highly possible to get your hairs back as strong as they were earlier. Yet, you need to closely follow some rules.
Rule #1 - Once you rise early in the morning, have at least 1 glass of water.
Rule #2 - You should rub your nails, which is also called balayam.
Rule #3 - Apply reactivate serum by liitllextra daily.
Rule #4 - Every weekend, get curd from the market and mix half a lemon in it, let it sit it overnight. Apply this to your scalp the next day
Rule #5 - Don't apply oil to your hairs in daytime, as there is too much pollution and dust outside. Using oil can cause dust to linger on your hair for an extended period
Adopting these 5 rules as habits can promote hair growth and enhance the strength and thickness of your hair.

    • @oaportfolio4248
      @oaportfolio4248 Před 2 lety

@@ccbax9897 Finesteride is a must to stop further hairloss. For example, if you've only had a hairline transplant, you may want to maintain other areas like your crown otherwise depending on your genetics you might experience further hairloss. Minoxidil works differently where it will help areas of thinning grow thicker or helps speed up growth in transplanted hairs. You can use both. I would take finesteride first and if you experience side effects (very rare) then go for minoxidil but remember you have to use everyday and you will shed hair first before you see results. Can take 3 months. I normally use once a day before bed because it stays in your bloodstream for 18 hours. Easier to maintain and works out cheaper (save more)

If you use finasteride you can get a induced shedding phase because of it, but how common is this? And would people with minimal recession (barely norwood 2) like myself experience something like this because of the minimal effect dht has had on my follicles?

Hey bro , shedding / shock loss after HT is something can not be avoided . it happens for 8/10 people . also it depends on your body health and nutrition level and in take of food types . maintain body health properly and take high protein foods ( home made / fresh foods like vegetables and fruits preferable than packed food items ) . mostly importantly maintain proper sleep at least for 7 hours . then shedding may get reduced post HT .

I need your opinion on this one.
I had my 1st hair transplant a year ago and my Dr. Advised me to apply topical minoxidil for 1 year on my transplanted hair.
And a few days ago, I had my 2nd hair transplant from a different Doctor just to add density to my previous hair transplanted hair but this 2nd Doctor advised me not to use minoxidil on my transplanted hair even though I told him I was with Minoxidil for 1 year already.
Now, my concern is, I've been using minoxidil for 1 year on my Transplanted hair and if I will stop using Minoxidil per my 2nd Doctor's advice, for sure my transplanted hairs that are minoxidil dependant will fall off for sure.
Should I just continue using Minoxidil?
    Thank you much!

That’s a tough one. Pretty much everyone says that once you go off Minoxidil the hair will start falling again. I would keep using it. Idk why your second doctor told you otherwise because most surgeons I’ve seen recommend using it. Maybe take a break after your second transplant, wait 2-3 months, and go on it again. I’m 2 months post op and I started using a topical Minoxidil/Finasteride combo after 1 month. No results yet as in still early in recovery but it can’t hurt. Best of luck.

Yes ast the transplanted hair has to shed for the new healthy hair to grow from underneath. Once you've shed then eventually start using Minoxidil

minoxidil can cause folliculitis which is inflammation of hair follicles which results in severe shedding and continuous hair loss. So it can be bad for some people too.
