I think the slingers have a bonus against counter infantry because if the Egyptian is in Classical and the greek goes Heroic to pump out Hypaspists, there is nothing Egypt can do.
I think the Horus upgrades should do something like beast slayer does for Greek. They desperately need a way to kill Collossi.
