Grandma's Easy Cooking- Tri Tip

Rub Recipe.....
To make a bigger batch, just double the recipe.
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 tsp. Light brown sugar
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Cumin

Liquid smoke
marinade or seasoning rub
pressure cooker
