- The Russian defence ministry claimed that its forces killed over 455 Ukrainian troops over the past day. Dramatic videos from the battleground, showed how Russian drones caught Volodymyr Zelenksy's men off-guard. The Nona self-propelled guns and Sani mortar can be seen raining 'volleys of fire,' annihilating Ukrainian strongholds along the frontline. In another video, a Ka-52 'alligator' can be seen dropping munitions on Ukrainian equipment. Watch this video for more details.

I was an Army Officer in a different time. This drone directed long range strike capability is frightening. To be honest I feel sorry for the ordinary solider on both sides. And really pity the poor UAF Grunt, what chance does he have?

Electronic warfare is frightening. Lets say you take a picture of your mates and send it to your family back home, they put it on social media and the other side sees it, they can use background reference points to find where the picture was taken and in some digital cameras the picture has an embedded grid reference. Then comes the missile and you and all your mates in that picture are dead. Both sides are scanning each others social media for this sort of stuff.
The drones are amazing too, soon they will have thermal and IR sights and there will be AI driven swarms of them everywhere with nowhere to hide. Then comes the artillery and missiles. I think the casualties the Ukros have taken have been VASTLY understated. I think they have lost between 300k and 400k troops. The Russian artillery is constant, they fire more in 1 day than America fired in the entire gulf war.
