This game quickly became my favorite game of all time. I loved the story and I appreciated the passion behind it. Excited for future projects

It' s quite nuts that studio that never created anything just casually released the best not Fromsoft souls-borne game. It absolutely swallowed my life for two weeks.
Fun fact, the people that made top hats were commonly called mad hatters because they would inadvertently consume or come into contact with mercury, which was found in the felt they used and this would drive them insane.
I'm surprised no one ever mentions the heavy masonic themes in this game. Simon Manus being a Simon Magus reference, Trismegistus, Parecelsus... and even Collodi himself was a freemason. The whole "transcending what you are to become something more evolved, beyond even God" is part of their beliefs/philosophy. Hell, the square and compass are everywhere in the game. It's not like it's hidden.
This game is like the perfect fusion of Bloodborne, American Mcgee's Alice and Nier Replicant. Love it and can't wait for the sequel.

A CZcamsr made a lore video of the Lies of P story. He said you need to read the original story of Pinocchio to understand half of the game story and hidden lores because Lies of P twisted the original story for the game. Most of the NPC and bosses are based of the story book and stuffs that related to the author of the book.
Shoutout to just how well this game runs on the Steam Deck. One of the best looking games I’ve seen on it that can still hit 60-90fps, without even needing to set everything to low.

Not sure if you mentioned this, but another fun fact is that when your humanity increases, P will make more audible noise and grunts when dodging and attacking.
I love watching reviews of Soulslike games because I am way too bad at them to properly play them. The aesthetic and overall concept of this game seems to fun and I'm glad Elvis enjoyed it for the most part. Also a Wizard of Oz themed sequel seems honestly sick, I'm surprised it hasn't gotten the Alice in Wonderland treatment with a grimdark twist on the same level. Sounds fun!!

I'm suspecting that its called Lies of P because its probably a hell of a lot easier to say in for people in Eastern countries.
This game was actually my introduction to the soulslike genre... And I fell in love with it. I believe i beat it something like seven times now.
Just ordered some more sweet shirts and even threw in a hat to get a mystery shirt thrown in.
