    @39:49 ~ Seems like a dumb question by her. You’re happy that you will not be found guilty, you’re happy that there’s no points, but you want the fine to be less. So you’re hire lawyer it’s automatically going to be more than $350 and you clearly were guilty so you’ll probably have a fine as well but even if you don’t have a fine is a miracle you’re still gonna be paying the lawyer more than $350. She sounds like a dummy. Lol. But she came around in the end.

    People if all y'all say I want a jury trial or at least say let's take it to trial and they wouldn't make a penny. It's been proven that if everyone ask for a jury trial they will just go away because they won't be able to afford to adjudicate nothing. I had a Case and my fine was $1, 000 and by the time I was done taking it all the way to jury trial they said Sir just go away because it was going to cost them money for a jury, a judge, sheriff's , a bailiff, a clerk, the Cop, paperwork and a stenographer plus whatever costs so people stop giving them your money it's more of us than they have judges and courtrooms. Simple math!!! Simple words I want a Jury Trial!!!!

    • @thelawchronicles
      @thelawchronicles  Před rokem

      They are threatened and coerced and believe that if they lose at jury they will receive a larger sentence and fine.
      The judges will personally threaten the defendants into compliance. There is no debtors court in Florida, but the judge will find you in contempt if you don’t give them ur information where they can start the process of garnishing ur bank accounts, they will threaten contempt upon you. Its been done to TLC’s staff personally.

  • @brookwest

    This is horrible!!! All of these people are just forking over their money. No one challenged the court's jurisdiction. First of all people it's an offer which means waive the offer and the fine at least that's what I would do. My main question would be where is the Plaintiff Why isn't anyone placing the judge on his oath!! The Plaintiff should be there if you ask me all of them should be dismissed because there's no one there to rebut anything. The is definitely the Bank

      @@TampaJohn I have just seen that you are Homeland Security (police?) in the U.S. I am from the U.K. - I dont know if what i said is the same where you are? I do know though, that the theft of my inheritance, assisted by a solicitor and accountant, is swept under the carpet by the whole of the establishment here in the UK, including the police. This has totally disillusioned me in terms of justice and those i thought we could trust to take care of us and 'police' crimes. Traffic (crimes) - FINES are a revenue stream for corporations, yet that seems to take precedence over protecting the public from criminals. Btw, i am not being a 'troll', or intend to be rude to you per-se, just found, after 14 years of seeking accountability and justice that the world is not how it presents. Not saying all people who work in such places are bad ofcourse, but i do now believe that the system itself is rotten.
