    LOL both sides lost after arguing for 2 hours. This is a good example of the cliche that often going to court the only winners are the attorneys. What this couple needed was a good mediator and mutual maturity. I don't envy the judge herding those attorney cats but she did a good job cutting the BS from both sides and sending everyone packing..

    That woman that's talking about the one I don't know what she is the prosecutor or the lawyer I can't tell because both of them were very uneducated didn't bring any evidence to court with them there are plenty of ucc-1 codes that are actually UCC 3 hose that back up all of what this guy's trying to do but he didn't do the procedure correctly, he didn't file a 56 IRS FORM and he didn't file his UCC 1. Poor guy, he was not educated properly. What's the worst disease lawyers have no clue!!!

    This is all between the IRS the treasury and the private people has nothing to do with the government as far as getting the money and presenting these negotiable instruments that we were never taught in school how to do any of this nor are we told that we had illegal of house in Puerto Rico from the government stealing from us

  • @bonniej0
    @bonniej0 Před 13 dny

    The government has been lying to us for over 500 years about all of this is all fraudulent what they're doing they're supposed to be working for us and not not we're working for them we're working for them big time they take most of our money which is illegal and slavery is hard labor

  • @bonniej0
    @bonniej0 Před 13 dny

    This is so ridiculous because that woman that is that guy is representative lawyer whatever you want to call her she didn't even have all the codes and statues that your own government created to prove that everything he was doing was what he was trying to do and because he's not intelligent doesn't seem very educated and doesn't know all this stuff and following some Guru out there that doesn't give you all the details and then they just take it at. It is not that guy's fault what happening what's happening is that the government doesn't even put that into high school or our education to teach us that we just have to write off the credits for all of our expenses for all of that to be taken out of our treasury direct account

  • @bonniej0
    @bonniej0 Před 13 dny

    The back of your Social Security number on is your account number and you can call Philadelphia to find out if the routing number and you'll be able to access this you're more to mortamain account which is illegal because the government is stealing money out of our accounts and putting it in these other accounts they sell the bonds and when you just like when you get a mortgage you trade your your promise or you know which is your signature for the house not a mortgage and a loan or money you'll receive any money for that. Than the fraudulent banks give you a long call the mortgage and they have interest in how many years and property taxes can make you pay the property taxes they're supposed to pay the property taxes for any real estate they own until you pay off the loan well actually once you give them your signature that's the promissory note and they get paid for it over and over again they get 10 times with the mortgage is worth for the house is worth so you're trading your signature which is like Cash Gold like 10 times what the house is worth for a house. Then they give you a loan or a mortgage which you don't need it was already an uneven trade they shouldn't even have a loan

  • @bonniej0
    @bonniej0 Před 13 dny

    There is no violation If he if he gave up his citizenship so that he could claim all his money and all his rights back there's then he's got he's got more jurisdiction than you he's over your jurisdiction

  • @bonniej0
    @bonniej0 Před 14 dny

    The banks are also operating in fraud when we get a mortgage and sign a note they sell the note for 10 times more than what we pay for our mortgage we're just swapping a note a promissory note for them for a house we really need them a mortgage because the promissory note that we sign and give to them with our signature covers the whole price of house so there shouldn't even be a mortgage or interest for taxes

    They are not fictitious money orders look at the UCC codes it tells you about negotiable instruments

  • @bonniej0
    @bonniej0 Před 14 dny

    First of all a sovereign citizen is exactly the opposite of each other and that doesn't exist you're either Sovereign or a citizen. Second of all there is a treasury account and everybody has one in their name and isn't a trust account and the treasury Department so they are not fraudulent. And in public law GFR it says that the government has already prepaid all of our expenses and we're supposed to just release the credits because they're already dipping into those accounts that we all have. NOT FRAUD!!!

    In the child-restraint case with Trooper Morales (starting at 2:12:40), Judge Brown twisted logic into a pretzel in order to side with the trooper. The statute requires that the child restraint device must be used "while transporting a child." Attorney Todd pointed out that Trooper Morales did not witness the child unbuckled until his initial approach, with the car parked. The operator of a vehicle is not transporting anybody during the moments when his car is parked at the side of a road, having been pulled over by a trooper. Judge Brown read the relevant statue aloud at 2:19:52, but still ruled against the defendant. 316.613 Child restraint requirements.- (1)(a) Every operator of a motor vehicle as defined in this section, ***while transporting a child*** in a motor vehicle operated on the roadways, streets, or highways of this state, shall, if the child is 5 years of age or younger, provide for protection of the child by properly using a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device. The Judge was just scared to rule against a fired up cop.

    I love traffic court. These numb-nuts believe that by accepting a hearing in lieu of no conviction, no points and nominal fines, they will fare better. What a waste of judicial time. You have to anticipate a tougher go at it when you appear at the hearing. I could see if the goal is to extend the period in which to ultimately pay the fines and costs, but it's rollin' the dice. I had a speeding ticket and took it to hearing. There were about 10 others who were, like me, offered impeding traffic, no points, fine of $250. One of the defendants asked what are the chances of beating the ticket if he went to actual hearing. The clerk said honestly, "less then 5%". We all took the offer.

    Also, the construction of a Money (to) Order is well within the statute if it meets section 3.1, which when one looks at the statute there is no restrictions on who, where or how a Money (to) Order has to be constructed. The fundamental issue here should be boiled down to the above, then once that is done the boundaries can be argued, I think he wins in all honesty, just for the fact that this female attorney actually called the alleged wrong instrument a “Money Order” on no less than 2 occasions.

  • @restoresmile
    @restoresmile Před 3 měsíci

    The clip is interesting, but I don’t think it’s completed in defence argument, we didn’t get to hear if the instrument in the hands of the defence attorney was in fact the instrument that was sent to the IRS (which if it’s a copy he’s holding then deems it ‘non est factum’ or “this is not the deed”). If the IRS have only produced a ‘copy’ of the instrument to base their argument on then I would say that the defending attorney has missed a real and seriously tangible argument. By reason, if the government (treasury) were to seek a prosecution that a $5.00 bill was not real by presenting a photocopy of the bill in court, but not the actual $5.00 bill itself, then the argument from the defence should be “show me the money” otherwise by the government actually keeping the instrument (or the $5.00 bill) they have very clearly demonstrated that they have accepted it and, that in itself, is fraud.
