Looking good, if it was me I would dig the perimeter footings, skim all the interior topsoil out, fill and compact the stump hole with DGA…then lay separation fabric over the interior and compact another six inches of DGA…you’ll never get a low spot and put some wire mesh in the slab pour and it’ll never crack.
Yeah that kinda similar to what I’m doing. Where I live we don’t use fabric that much unless the soil is clay or pumping wet . We use dense grade. I might just go the extra mile. I mean it is my own garage
@@DirtBrute once you use that separation fabric and get how it pulls taunt with the stone compacted on top you’ll be a believer…I have a decade of existing job with it that look like day one…flat flat!
