I disagree with that . We filled the structure up to a safe point before entering the hole . Also the Hole is stable with a wide base it’s hard to see with the camera angle but there’s a lot of room around that pit and well below our heads . There is no dirt caving in even with the compactor shaking the ground because it’s not that deep . No ground water .The bank i climbed out is sloped enough for me to climb out and I’m a short guy. You can see how deep it is when i put the shovel on the top of the CB and my arm pit and chest are in line with the top . I’ve had osha visit a lot of times before and this is not a violation at this height. Thanks for watching!
@@DirtBrute your over 4 feet deep u need a ladder and your over 5 feet deep with no shoring or benching and not enough slope and homeboy on the jumping jack doesn't have a hardhat. if you gotta do illegal stuff don't show proof lol
@@windzer I’m not that worried about it the excavation is over 15’ wide so it’s not considered a trench. Plus the width far exceeds the depth. Trust me I’ve had OSHA visit me plenty of time and measure our holes. The only thing they would get him on is like you said he would get a violation for the hardhat And the guy with the 30 hour would also because he’s competent person. However, the bucket of the machine is on the ground in its park so it’s arguable that there is no risk. Overhead hazard. Like I said I’m not worried about it Thanks for watching.
