Assembling and Bleeding Go-Kart Brakes | CashedOutKart Build Episode 1

- In the first episode of the CashedOutKart build we rebuilt, assembled, and bled the hydraulic, disk brake system on my go-kart! I go over how I installed the brake caliper, master cylinder and pedal linkage, adjusted the rotor and then how I filled and bled the system. Note that the bleeding process for these MCP, hydraulic disk brakes may be different than other kart brakes. Long term plans for the kart are to get a Yamaha Blaster or Kawasaki KDX220, two stroke engine and build a shifter kart with it, for autocrosses, open practices, and ice driving.

Pretty good video bro! Very knowledgeable and had good flow for 13 minutes. Camera could use an upgrade, but I’m sure that will come! Thanks man, enjoyed the video!👍🏽

Very nice Kart and Excellent Video, very informational, You got the Gift for these tutorials 👏
Dirt Oval kart, you could have just added washers to the bolts on the master so codder pins aligned with castle nuts but I'm enjoying the build, keep up the video's 👍

Your fill cap is backwards.. it should be at the rear of the cylinder for easy filling
Were do you get that little air filter for air nozzle
Quick question the plug on your master cylinder is it a pipe thread? And does it require an O-ring
What were the materials that you used?
