    Awesome video Derek. Could you do a video on different styles of seats and their advantages/disadvantages? You see Jecko seats in all the leading karts in Europe these days. Wondering if they work in every chassis?

    • @PowerRepublic
      @PowerRepublic  Před 4 lety +1

      Not sure because we only really use the Tony Kart chassis. I think like most things, it comes down to the fast driver that we see winning so we naturally do that too. The Jecko's are great but will you go 2 seconds faster because of a seat change.......I cannot confirm nor deny. I want one because they look super cool.

    @KKarczmarczyk Před 4 lety

    Thank you for this video :) I can see that this bleeding method is exactly the same as on CRG/tinini brakes system, but slightly different from OTK ;) interesting thing is that OTK recommend OTK dot 5.1 fluid but CRG recommend Xeramic dot 4 for their pumps.

    • @PowerRepublic
      @PowerRepublic  Před 4 lety

      you are very welcome, hope it helps. both can go together. only the 5.0 (silicon) rolls solo AFAIK. do you have a CRG?

    • @Aviopic
      @Aviopic Před 4 lety

      Unlike the 4.0/5.1 family 5.0 is not hygroscopic and therefor my preffered choice but not all brake systems are 5.0 compatible.

    • @KKarczmarczyk
      @KKarczmarczyk Před 4 lety

      Power Republic yes, I have CRG and manual said that dot 4 should be used, not 5 nor 5.1. I found on internet that dot 5.1 is silicone based, while dot 3 and 4 are glycole based and cannot be mixed. Also 5.1 (silicone) may destroy seals in pumps so this is the reason that dot 4 is recommended in CRG-like braking system, but I don't know if it's true 🤷‍♂️

    • @Aviopic
      @Aviopic Před 4 lety +1
