There is to make any bike street legal but it cost 1.5k minimum just for the paper work. Then u gotta buy the stuff to make it street legal

It’s crazy how they misuse all these resources just because someone riding a bike without pay the taxes and registration fees that’s what this all about. They see ppl who ride without paying them as the problem. Because you can make anything street legal with a kit. It just crazy they probably wasn’t 20-60k to catch a man riding a bike. And all you people who say it’s to leep the road safety cars kill more people than any vehicle.
