I agree with Shyan42 the soap is so pretty and you can see flowers from your swirl. I have seen multiple videos and never knew you could use white mica to reduce acceleration to keep soap pourable. Nice video and thanks for the great tips. Lovely work.

Another one for the record books! You always have the most beautiful swirls in your soaps, and your take on color is stunning! I remember one bbn of the first videos of yours I ever watched was the one where you put baby seals on an ice float bar! It has inspired me ever since! They were the cutest things I've ever seen! Hi Archana ~ We appreciate you watching our video and you gracious comment. Thank you! To answer your questions, I made my own hanger with a 1/8 inch diameter, stainless-steel rod that I purchased from a local hardware store. Then, I bend it to the mold dimensions. I have 2 of them. I also have a flexible hanger tool that I can bend to any dimensions. I got it from Brambleberry.com, but haven't used it yet.
I always cure soap for 6 weeks, but soap is safe to use as soon as it is saponified. Just check to make sure all the lye is gone. I use a chemical test for that. For cold process soap, the 6 week cure is for getting a nice, hard bar with most of the water evaporated. Some soaps, like Castile and 100% coconut oil soap need to cure for a year, but I haven't made those recently. I hope this information helps, and happy soaping! :) ione

Does the soap mature for two months because of the milk? Can you please tell me if you are using powdered or natural milk?
Thanks for watching our video! To answer your question, I cure soap for 6 weeks so water evaporates and the soap gets hard. I don't use powdered milks. I buy milk whole in containers. I hope this helps and happy soaping! :) ione

White mica n TD cause glycerin rivers?
Hi Patricia ~ Thank you for watching our video. To answer your question, yes, both can cause glycerine rivers depending on how much is used and how much the soap heats during gel phase. The problem used to be only with TD, but now they add TD to white mica, making it a culprit too. When I use a large portion of these products, I refrigerate the soap so it doesn't heat up and go through gel phase. Happy soaping! :) ione
