Well-known for his experience as a chef and restauranteur, Kristian Niemi once again makes his presence in the Midlands with his newest restaurant, The Dragon Room.
Located downtown Columbia in the Vista, The Dragon Room, which Nimei describes as a cocktail bar and Asian izakaya, evokes the ambiance of an urban Asian cocktail bar downtown Tokyo in the Shibuya area. Specializing in small plates, Nimei said that the restaurant will incorporate street food from different Asian countries, and the word 'izakaya' means to eat, drink and gather.
