This house looks like it was designed by a bunch of architects that didn't want to talk to each other or they were all drunk. Each section looks good by itself but none of them go together.

The whole home looks like on of those cookie cutter homes like I would just imagine every home on the street to look exactly like that and the inside design is very bland very basic they put the pool and water fall in thinking that is that is the main part and forgot to design the rest of the house there is literally a window inside the house from the bathroom that looks out into the hall just horribly designed not thought out what so ever

Brandon Y once you fill it up once you usually just keep it clean. You don't drain a pool and refill it constantly. Sure the month you fill it the bill will be high. But after that it wouldn't be too much higher. Your electricity bill on the other hand will be high depending on your usage of the waterfall, running pumps etc.

This home was made specifically for a musician in the early 80's. All areas focus on the wall by the pool which is actually a stage. I toured and researched this property when it was on the market. It's also the cheapest in the neighborhood where the median price is 3 to 4 million.
I think this is good because if you had 3 mil and bought it for 1 that leaves much more for remodeling which is much needed. I also always liked the open layout and seeing the whole house from one spot but still having corners and rooms when wanted.
Damn. That's a dope house, it almost look as good as my studio apartment.
just give me a home in the woods away from the city and i will love it. i need to be able to clean every inch of my home and those big houses will erk my inner ocd.

This is a great vacation home! Id love taking trips to Cali and just chilling in this snug house! I wish it was bigger though but, for $1.45 million who can complain! Awesome video!

It's as if they designed the waterfall area first and then were like shit a house needs a bed doesn't it... aight just slap one in on that corner, and have my grandma design it, i don't have time for it. It's hard to believe a famous architect designed such an ugly home.

matty t lolol the ticks actually love it here, they have a lot of room to stretch. They kept repopulating tho so we had to build them their own guest house in the back. Bad attempt at trolling my friend. This house would actually be a downgrade but that's not what you care about, or what we are discussing here. I'm an actual architect and I can tell you that the rooms in Ikea are designed better. Not doubting the architect at hand here because his other more public structures are very nice, but this was poorly executed.

Loving the indoor waterfall. I think that’s a fantastic idea for any mansion over $1 million in price with adequate space. The problem with this waterfall is that the home it was placed in is not ideal for it. The home on its own is horrible looking. It’s as though they tried to use the waterfall to compensate for a lack of something else.
