If Vegito is vegeta’s rationality with goku’s eagerness, I don’t think he’d push Zamasu to fight with him. He darn well would have wanted to, but would hold himself.
I’d say Vegito’s tactical mind came more from Goku than Vegeta himself. Vegeta is mostly a trash talker, he’s not some unintelligent wannabe warrior, but his pride has a habit of being his biggest flaw at times, especially if he’s losing and being talked down to by a stronger foe. Goku on the other hand will usually analyze his foes, try to figure them out either while fighting them or by observing them in action and find some way to win through what knowledge he’s gained on them (analyzing techniques, raw power, what fighting styles are natural to them and what they’re not used to switching to, if they can adapt mid battle and then acting on weather to restrain himself, go all out, take some kind of risk, find another way to win when all other options didn’t work out or simply give up depending on the situation).

The Potara retcon was entirely unnecessary. We've seen a total of 4 characters who've fused with potaras in Dragon Ball. Kibito-Shin, who unfused using the dragon balls, Vegito who originally was a perm fusion who now is an hour long fusion, Zamasu who was erased from existence, and finally Kefla who was bodied by Goku. If Potara Fusion stayed permanent the easy fix for Vegito would be to use the dragon balls to de-fuse them like Kibito-shin.
Beerus wouldn't even use 10%, remember that he fought all GODs at once and was owning them. It's not like the other gods are weak or closer to mortal power, but that he is the strongest GOD, don't forget that. He would annihilate vegito if he even played with 15%

In this timeline, it would need to be Tarble in Vegeta's place, the five giving energy to Vegito. Here's my take: If Vegito never unfused, Beerus would've destroyed Earth. With Goku and Vegeta being one, there wouldn't be enough Saiyans to do the ritual and Vegito would never reach the God state, this would make Beerus have a very uninteresting fight with Earth would end up destroying it. This, in turn, would undo most of the events in DBS since now Whis won't be training anyone and Champa wouldn't challenge Beerus to a tournament of mortals, and so Zamasu wouldn't get mad of mortals surpassing gods and so his wish for the Super Dragon Balls would be a different one.
Here's the thing: Goku and Vegeta being seperate is what allows for super saiyan god and ssg is what allows ssgss. If there is not 5 saiyans excluding the one that is to transform, there would be no super saiyan blue.

In FuTrunks' timeline, Goku and Vegeta already died, and while Goku went to heaven, Vegeta went to hell. So, if Zamasu went to FuTrunks' timeline, he would still only be able to use Goku's body as his own. So, a Vegito Black existing while Zamasu also existing is impossible, as the Zamasu who would be in Vegito's timeline would look for a way to get Vegeta's body instead. So it would either be Goku Black + Immortal Zamasu = Fused Zamasu, or just Goku Black + Vegeta Black = Vegito Black
I wish Vegito had defeated Kid Buu sometimes. He would HUMILIATE him, more so than he did with Super Buu, and knowing the stakes, would have wiped Buu from existence pretty snappy

If they never unfused, Beerus would’ve probably destroyed the earth while he was in search for the Super Saiyan God, since the ritual would need 5 Saiyans to give their powers to Goku, and since Vegito is obviously Goku AND Vegito, they would fall one Saiyan short
i don’t think vegito black would have happend because there would be no scenario where zamasu is defeated by goku, so there would be no time loop, zamasu wouldn’t even know about vegito or goku

Here's my take:
If Vegito never unfused, Beerus would've destroyed Earth.
With Goku and Vegeta being one, there wouldn't be enough Saiyans to do the ritual and Vegito would never reach the God state, this would make Beerus have a very uninteresting fight with Earth would end up destroying it. This, in turn, would undo most of the events in DBS since now Whis won't be training anyone and Champa wouldn't challenge Beerus to a tournament of mortals, and so Zamasu wouldn't get mad of mortals surpassing gods and so his wish for the Super Dragon Balls would be a different one.
Here's the thing: Goku and Vegeta being seperate is what allows for super saiyan god and ssg is what allows ssgss. If there is not 5 saiyans excluding the one that is to transform, there would be no super saiyan blue.

This is different however you have to remember Vegito has Both Goku & Vegeta's Potentials multiplied together meaning Vegito probably has more potential then Gohan and Vegito here would have been training for 3 years after the Buu Saga so this Vegito would far stronger then normal.

I dunno, but Vegito Black doesn't seem to be plausible, if Immortal Zamasu also exist in that timeline. In FuTrunks' timeline, Goku and Vegeta already died, and while Goku went to heaven, Vegeta went to hell. So, if Zamasu went to FuTrunks' timeline, he would still only be able to use Goku's body as his own. So, a Vegito Black existing while Zamasu also existing is impossible, as the Zamasu who would be in Vegito's timeline would look for a way to get Vegeta's body instead. So it would either be Goku Black + Immortal Zamasu = Fused Zamasu, or just Goku Black + Vegeta Black = Vegito Black
