    Bones that are not used will shrink. You can really see this after having a cast for a broken bone. So this is another important benefit of face exercises that bones do not shrink as fast. Thank you Peta!

    P.S. Also wanted to share, after hospitalization last year with Pneumonia. I wasn't able to do my facial work out. So I had to restart but it's finally showing results. Ppl understand this is a lifetime committment. We will continue to age, so Peta's program is the Holy Grail.... <3

    Hi peta im really confused. Should i place my tongue to between of the back of my teeth and roof? Also should i push my tongue harder??

    I am 57 years old and recently lost 30 lbs, my face and neck aged 10 years, it was a great accomplishment and horrifying experience: I started doing your face exercises 5 weeks ago and wow what an improvement in my sagging skin, so exciting.     Very thankful to Peta mam before 4years when my cheeks became so loose and bony structured I was so depressed and I want to going for cheeks filler injection but when I saw your video and try this on me it will change my life. My cheeks became more fuller and I save my money which I was wanted to spend on cheeks filler injection. Love you dear, stay blessed,keep making videos.

    Oh. My. God. When you talked about the skull shrinking and how that affects the muscles and means we can find it hard to move those muscles describes PERFECTLY what I have been experiencing! I've noticed that things feel "heavier" on my face as if all the muscles are weaker! Wow Peta! I hope I can reverse the signs of aging I've been noticing on my face lately with your help!❤️

    Another great video. I do this exercise and it's amazing. Even though I'm 67 (and my skin is bunching over my shrinking jaw (lol) it's given me a significantly firmer jawline - and I think that after watching this video I'm going to get even better results.. Thank you again Peta.

    Your explanation about facial bone shrinkage makes so much sense. I have noticed my face looking "shorter", and more compressed over the past months, and one day, the jowls just appeared. Initially I thought it might be water retention or facial weight but I'm already below the BMI for my height. Now it all makes sense to me. Thanks Peta for the explanation. I've been doing your facial ex for the past 2 years but I realised I didnt do them well as I didnt consciously visualise and use the muscle groups that I was supposed to be working. Needless to say I see very little improvement, all my own doing. I'm going to join your gym soon, and learn to do your exercises properly, and hopefully, get better results from this point on!
