    I tried this one in the learning process (am at beginning stage 2), and it's wonderful! It really helps to have the lessons incorporated with the actual exercise. Thank you so much for your exercises, and how to focus on the one muscle at a time!

    Thank-you Peta for being so thorough in all of your videos and explaining how we should hold our neck gently while doing this exercise. I am very thin but I still have some sagging under the chin. Your exercises have helped so much in helping me to tighten that area. I am so glad to have this exercise to add to my routine!     Is really dicipline, I salute you for inspired us and be transparent with your audience! Now I do I face exercise for that area that is moving the chin forward and back ( like the Egyptian) and I notice that the platysma muscle was coming out so I started just holding the neck very gentle so I was so happy to hear that in your video. Now I always have that ugly vein in the neck that sometimes when I smile comes out even before I started doing face exercise and now I have to be very careful to not loose weight to much, it is a exercise to help this, thanks so much and bless alway 🙏 still can't sign into the forum, don't know, I am the only one, bless again, namaste 🙏

    Peta to start you looks amazing! Your jawline is so sharp, about this video, great topic, I have a low thyroid condition and I read that affects the neck, start sagging faster and I notice in other people with low thyroid too about the line under the chin is amazing that you are talking about this topic I started to notice on my long time ago and I went into a phase that I was just looking at people and the lines, how deep and I noticed that some people the line was going longer and up almost up top of the jaw line, scary, I started researching and with some face exercises and face massage I have it under control, now on my profile I can't see the line with the small double chin and with ultrasound to help break the fat in the double chin

      Hi G, I have many exercises to do with the neck, but you must do them in conjunction with a full face routine otherwise you will run into more problems if you try to spot exercise.

    Hi there, a bit confused, are you curling your tongue ( under ) and pushing against the lower gums of the front bottom teeth ? Just making sure if so are you mostly using the tip of the tongue ? On;y 52 and have a neck of a woman 15 yrs older. Soft fleshy wrinkly tissue SO NOTICABLE started about 7 yrs ago I'm at a perfect weight for my height, not heavy at all. I gave up on derma rolling ( even though the concept made perfect sense ) couldn't afford to keep up with replacing the heads, too expensive. Great videos !

    dear peta...first of all i will say thousand thanks for all your beautiful videos you are a beautiful angel..my question is from neck to jaw and down wich exercise is the best i have a problame with my neck would you like to tell me what shall i do i have done then neck and jaw exerise from last six weaks shall i start the new one or 2 more...

      shabana saeed Hi Lis (hugs), I have a couple of different exercises for the neck. I would go to the playlist and learn each of them, and when you need them, change the exercises every 6 weeks. And then, go back to the first one you did, and alternate all of them every 6 weeks. Here is a video that talks more about that - czcams.com/video/XYPpaJifb-Y/video.html.     This is the link given for the chin exercise for the Beginner Routine but it is different chin ex. than what i see you doing in the follow along #1 beginner video. i don;t seem to be able to find the link for the chin ex. you demo. in the 1st follow along. Maybe you prefer this one now?

    peta, I can feel this after several reps of pushing against the back of my teeth and pushing my jaw out in the bottom of my ears. There is a burning sensation. I can feel it in other areas but the bottom on my ears where the jaw bone meets the bottom of the ear lobe. it is hard to do 50 reps at this point. I can barely do 30 reps. Is this correct? you make it look so easy:)

      +4acrefarmproductions - lol, yes, this is correct. I still find it difficult to do the jaw exercises to this day. There are very strong chewing muscles there that require alot of resistance, so, it is natural you will feel some pain whilst doing the exercise. Hope that helps

    do you have any "before" pics of your jawline sagging? Side profile pics? Your skins looks very tight. I would just like to see what your profile looked like before you started using this technique. I looked at the frontal pics but a side pic would be encouraging to see the difference.

    Hi Peta I have slight sagging under the front of my chin would this exercise help to tone this? Also being a guy is it necessary to pull the skin back with my fingers as I still want to attain a masculine look? By the way I think you look amazing

      Hi Cyborg, thanks so much! Yes this will help, but you need to do the exercises as part of a full face routine. You cant just spot exercise because you will cause more wrinkling and sagging over time. Here is a link to the exercise along with me series, renewme.com.au/?p=504, to start with, I would suggest that you follow those for a bit, and whilst this specific exercise is not there, there are other ones that are just as good. If you follow the programme exactly, you will have amazing results.

    Hello dear Peta,
    This old video, regarding exercise for sagging under the chin area, seems very effective.
    Even though this exercise isn't included to any of the 6 - series program, can we add this to our rountine?
    ( the exercises in seires 1 to 6 , as far as I know ,mainly focus on turkey neck , sides of the neck, and jaw...and not directly on the under the chin area).

      Hi Ori, I know you have asked this question many times, and the answer is the same, you cannot change any of the exercises, add to routines or remove from routines. This exercise is very similar to the chin exercise in Series 2. Just stick to the program, and follow it exactly. 💖

      The only way is to do a full face routine, you cant just do one exercise for it no matter what anyone says. Here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    My thyoroid is slow. Gained atleast 12 kg ! my neck looks now bad. Plus corners of my mouth hanging down! Like i look grumpy. Before 2,5 years ago i looked 20 years younger then my age....i am 64. How long will it take to see results of these exercises? And how many times per day do you do this? Is there one for those hanging mouth corners too?

      Anneke, unfortunately, if you have these sorts of problems, facial exercise may not be enough to help. I would encourage you to start the program as I have laid out, and you will see some changes over time.

    Hi Peta! :) I have one question. Is there a way to get rid of wide platisma? I saw you were showing these muscles in the video. and I have wider face at the bottom, but it's not just genes or something. cause I have much fat there that can be moved up and down with my hands, so I kind of believe I can get of it permanently. :D

      Hi Miss Understood, you need to practice a full face routine to have any results in this area. Also, when you practice face exercises in this way, the muscles will adapt to the natural shape of your face, the same as the way they do when you exercise your body. I would suggest just start the EAWM Series and follow it regularly and you may see some changes

      Anuradha Rai Hello Anuradha, yes face exercise is safe, and my own face is testament to that. You need to do a full face routine to get the whole benefit, not just spot exercising.

      Hi Mystn, I understand. You have to really focus on the muscles you are exercising. We dont use them much so you have to get them going. The muscle schematic link is in the description box below, download it and study it and you will come to understand the facial muscles and what you are moving.
