      Peta sagt es unentwegt seid vielen Jahren und stellt auch andauernd den Link ein der zu der gesamten Übungsreihe führt.
      Ich beneide Pata ja für Ihre Geduld die immer selben Fragen zu beantworten wo sie sich sich ohnehin so viel Mühe gegeben hat alles so übersichtlich darzustellen das es eigentlich gar nicht zu übersehen ist wenn man auch mal nach rechts und links schaut. Sorry aber alleine diese dummen Fragen zu lesen nervt mich schon.

    I love your videos, I have a line forming on the bridge of my nose, I’ve noticed other people have this issue too, so maybe it’s common? I’m wondering if you have any exercises that would help?

      Hi Emeraldmayy, you cannot do just one exercise for that area, you need to follow the full face routines to gain results.

      Hi Brenda, it could but you need to be doing the full face routines. Just one exercise will not help, as it will cause more sagging and fatigue

    I'm so grateful for you and your videos Peta!! I've been following the program off and on for a couple of years now and it's awesome!! I do notice when I'm more consistent with my exercises I start getting muscle twitching/spasms in some of the muscles being worked which can last for days and feel really weird/annoying. Have you or anyone else experienced this while consistently following the program? Any possible remedies for them? I currently feel the spasms/twitching on one side of my nose (and lower left eye) from working the muscles more often and the only thing that brings relief is pressing down on the spot (but I can only hold it for so long before I need to use my hand for something else lol). I'll still continue with the exercises as I'm able b/c it feels great having a full routine to keep my facial muscles active. Any tips would be helpful + we appreciate your work so much Peta!!

      Hello, sorry for the lateness of this reply. It is normal to have small spasms as the muscles are not used to being exercised in this manner. It should settle down over time 💖

    Wouldn't pulling down the muscle under the nose (above the upper lip) also bring down the cheek muscles rather than lifting them up?

    Hi Peta First of thank you!
    Your exercises are really one of the best and you explain so well.
    I just turned 50 and still can't believe I did 🤕
    My question is, we always are told to lift up. When doing cream or lotion or whatever, always up .
    But now really we need to Push down?
    Won't it contribute to sagging of skin?
    According to your beautiful look not, but I am still confused.

    Thank you so much for this video. This is perfect timing as I've been noticing my nasolabial folds are getting quite deep. Having just discovered your channel , I can't wait to start doing your routines. One questions, it seems like my top lip is helping pull this muscle down. Is that the correct action or am I not concentrating enough on this muscle?

    Can I continue to do this exercise through each series, or just series 2? My darn lines are hereditary and have had them from 16 yrs old.

      Hi Michelle, no you cant sorry, you need to follow each exercise set as I have advised. If you keep doing one exercise you will create sagging and will fatigue the muscles.

      You must do the full face routines, the are all in the playlists as I mentioned in the video. Have a look at the first one I have on the channel and it gives you the idea of how to do the routines. Learn them in order, and when you learn them start the routine, x50 reps 2 weeks, x100 reps 2 weeks and x150 reps 2 weeks. when you finish that, take a week off the learn the new exercise set, series 2, and then repeat with the new routine. Just doing them randomly will not work.

    Hello, please help me, please help me in a solution. When I laugh under my eyes, there is obvious sagging, visible wrinkles and a little puffiness. When I wake up from sleep, it becomes flabby under my eyes, but when I do not laugh, it is under my eyes. please🙏🙏😭

    Hello Peta. When I do the exercises I feel tension in the back of my neck as I try to isolate and contract the muscle. Do you have any suggestions to counteract this? Thank You.

      Hi Lizabet, yes, you must us the focus technique I created to bring your focus to the muscles you are exercising. Also, I think you maybe trying too hard, just do the exercise gently and you will find that it wont pain as much

    Hello mam i need your help actually i have a one problem on my face i have a Lough line on my right side not left just because i have a one side logh line my face is looking droopy on one side and one side look lifted what i do i try many exercise but not worked plzz help i want to look better befor eid

      Hi Salauddin, they have not worked because you cannot do just one exercise on your face. You need to follow a full face routine. You will find them in the playlists on this channel.

      Hi Hayley, I tell you what is legal, being honest and open to all people interested in improving their looks. Peta is a giving genuine person, look at her face, it is a product of dedication, in doing the program as she tells everyone to follow. Why think she is using an artificial means to achieve her wonderful appearance...........this PROGRAM WORKS.
