How to make raisin bread | Crusty bread | Easy recipe
7 & 1/2 cups cake flour* + 1/2 cup for kneading,
1 teaspoon salt,
3 - 4 tablespoons sugar,
2 x 7 - 10g packets instant yeast,
4 tablespoons margarine /butter,
2 cups warm water (or milk),
1 cup raisins soaked in a cup of hot milk/water (allow to cool down until warm)
* You can use bread flour although this recipe specifically use cake flour.
- Makes 2 large loaves of bread
