    Ingredients:
    1.5 tsp activated yeast
    4 tsp sugar
    2 tsp vinegar
    3 cups of water (110°F) ≈ 710 milliliters
    2 tsp salt
    6 cups of flour (approximate values)
    All-purpose flour: Approximately 720-750 grams
    Bread flour: Approximately 780-810 grams
    The flour measurements can vary slightly depending on the type of flour and how it's packed.
    Instructions:
    Activate the yeast by combining it with sugar, vinegar, and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
    In a large mixing bowl, add salt and flour. Mix well to combine.
    Pour the activated yeast mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until all the flour is incorporated and no dry patches remain.
    Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest for 2 hours, allowing it to rise and develop flavors.
    Fold in all sides of the dough to release any excess air and enhance the structure.
    Proof the dough for an additional 1 hour, giving it time to rise and develop a nice texture.
    Add lots of flour on the board to prevent it from sticking. Be sure to add extra flour on your hands so it's easier to shape the dough.
    Preheat the Dutch oven to 450°F (230°C) while the dough proofs.
    Carefully transfer the dough into the preheated Dutch oven, ensuring it is evenly shaped.
    Cover the Dutch oven with the lid and bake the bread for 40 minutes.
    After 40 minutes, remove the lid and parchment paper (if used) and continue baking for an extra 3 to 5 minutes to achieve a beautiful golden crust.
    Once baked, remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.

    So I said I would get back to you after I made your XL Artisian bread. I have made Artisan bread many times; the no knead 3 cup receipt popular on CZcams. There are six cups of flour, so the ratio of yeast, sugar and salt to the vinegar is correct. I made your bread along with the 3 cup no-knead and there was a significant difference according to my three test tasters. All three along with myself preferred your receipt. It was smooth, balance delicate taste - just Devine! I used regular, unbleached flour. I followed your receipe exactly. It was delicious and makes a substantial loaf. The sugar is just four small teaspoons to a very large loaf. We had homemade soup, your bread, and sharp cheese for dinner. My husband can’t wait to have coffee, bread and jam tomorrow morning. THANK YOU SO. MUCH!.

    I just made this bread. Just took it out of the oven. It looks beautiful. I used 3 cups of bread flour and 3 cups of wheat.

    Lovely recipe, though I personally despise vinegar in my breads. I do not have the large pot (or even large enough oven!), but halving this recipe worked great for me. I bake a variety of Artisan loaves two or three times a week, and always use the same no-knead technique. I find the less handling the better. At the end of bake, I just take the loaf out of the pot altogether and place it directly on the oven rack for 5 minutes to brown and crisp up.

    I made this today and it was phenomenal, though I think more salt next time, a minimum 1/2 tsp to start. It was truly yummy, spongy & chewy with a tender thin crust! Thank you for this video!

    This is hands down the best bread I have ever made. It is so good and makes such a large loaf. I just used a pack of yeast, and I know for next time I can just cut the dough in half to bake two loaves. This is my go-to recipe now. Thank you so much!!

    This is the best recipe so far! I believe two things are important, the flour with high protein and the vinegar, which helps the dough to stretch good. I use vinegar when I open fillo dough but never thought to use it for bread. I made it yesterday and the result is amazing! Thank you 🙏🏻

      I used white vinegar in my sourdough starter on the 1st day I believe it helped jumpstart the process! 😊

      Me too. The first time I used milk but the vinegar caused some curdling so I stayed with water.

    OH, WOW !!!! I just got the bread out of the oven and it looks FANTASTIC !!! I have been baking no-knead bread for about 15 years and never had a bread rise that much !!!!!! THANK YOU for this recipe !! I hope that the crumb looks as good as yours.
    Since my cast iron dutch oven is only 5.5 qt, I split the dough...made a round loaf (2/3) and a smaller long loaf (1/3)...baked the "batard" loaf in a clay mold...they both rose so much...unbelievable....is it the vinegar ?????

    My recommendation would be to add the flour gradually
    I’ve been baking bread for years and found that by adding the flour 1 cup at a time gets you a great dough consistency
