I took 4 pills in the morning and 3 in afternoon. My BP is absolutely normal now 120/80 range. Without taking any BP meds!! Seriously enough said!

I am a firm believer in Kyolic aged garlic extract having taken it for the past 10 years, but you make a statement around 1:38 that is not correct. Aged garlic contains almost NO allicin, not MORE than fresh garlic. The aging process, which is performed using ethanol, reduces the allicin content to almost nothing, but it concentrates the organosulfur compounds such as S-allyl cysteine (SAC) which is much more stable than allicin. It is thought that the SAC along with other organosulfur compounds are responsible for aged garlic's uniquely potent effects. To be clear, allicin also has very potent cardiovascular effects but it is not found in any relevant quantity in aged garlic. I have tried taking aged garlic together with fresh garlic products and found this combination to provide an interesting synergistic effect, but I always consider aged garlic (together with CoQ 10) to be my base.

You can easily get it if you are living in Asia. if not just look at asian store or traditional Chinese medicine shop. Don't worry about the taste because it's not smelly at all. You can't smell nor taste the garlic. It becomes mellow and sweet. not sure how effective the tablet compared to the real black garlic. Try looking for the real one first because it's worth it and can last for a long time

Dr Berg l was taking garlic one tooth in the morning, and it did lower my blood pressure. But a little capillary in my right eye kept breaking and my eye would turn red with blood. I could actually see where the blood was coming from. I almost lost my job. Turns out the garlic was dangerously thinning my blood. I had to take time off from work , two weeks, so my blood would get back to being normal. But garlic did lower my BP from 160/90 down to 125/82. My wife after one look at my eye said " the garlic has thinned your blood too much you better stop taking it" What a shame l had to give up garlic, some things are too good to be true. Please let your followers know about the dangers such as this. Cause some people might go gun-ho on taking garlic. Also sometimes it would give me so much gas my heart would go into palpitations.
