"Imagine if the nun movies were actually good"
Well I'm sold lol
If it's anything like the Veronica movie it'll be a shart of a movie
Exact same thought popped into my head 🤣
@@stanktaint15 it's not. It was actually pretty good
@@skittlessquad6031 LIES!!!!
I watched the Netflix trailer for Veronica claiming people had to walk out of the movie theater because it was "so scary" so I thought hmm this seems like a pretty good movie to watch tonight with my girl.
So I proceeded to hype up the movie to her so we can watch that instead of some lame movie she likes to pick, only to get served a cold wet fart 😡..
For months afterwards I was constantly reminded of the cold wet fart of a movie called Veronica every time I suggested a movie to watch. 😞
@@stanktaint15 I wasn't talking about veronica.
That Veronica tie in was masterfully done! Went in blind without knowing it was related to that movie the ending was worth it 👌🏽.
Yes! I absolutely loved Veronica. It was the first time in recent memory that I’ve genuinely been scared from a horror movie.
lol imagine if we’ve waited for the mid-credits and somehow it ties both movies with the Rec series. Now we have a Spanish horror cinematic universe
Me too!! Yelled so loud when the ending came about
@@feycofresi2767 😂😂😂 I turned into the Leonardo DiCaprio meme pointing at the tv.
I always take a gasp of surprise every time he starts with “this movie actually has a lot of good/unique things going for it!”
Every time I hear that from him I immediately turn the video off and put the movie on my list to watch, haven't been disappointed yet
@@EHAmosThat’s exactly what I just did! 😂 THEN I watch the video. Definitely enjoyed it!
Wow, you're so zetsy, congrats.
@@4f52 what are you even on about? 😅
@@4f52zetsy?
Fun fact, "Socorro" means help me in Spanish. But it doesn't just mean help me like "help me set the table," but help me as in "save me." It's typically yelled when someone is in distress or danger.
Fun fact it's actually more Portuguese. Ayuda is a call for help but auxilio is a distress call for needing assistance which are more common for Spanish. I speak Spanish but I can't speak Portuguese, very different languages.
It's also Spanish, dialects be weird.
Both are ok it depends on inflections, im sure if you shout either youd get help
If ever a film has been interesting enough to warrant a prequel, it’s Veronica. You know it’s not going to be too bogged down with references or Easter Eggs, just some good demon stuff.
Knowing my grandmother who was a nun (long story) the “ah nuns” response to the booze sent me because it’s so true 😂
The Vatican decreed officially in 2018 that nuns don't have to be virgins. The only other time the matter was addressed by the Vatican was 1970, where they affirmed the religious rule for virginity and celibacy. Pretty young grandmother you got there. Let's hear that long story.
@@haywoodjablome7822somebody can be a nun and then leave their order
@@haywoodjablome7822he probably meant that his grandmother betrayed her vows
I love how youtube closed captions misinterprets words sometimes. Instead of "self flagellating device" it put up the text "self flatulating device". BIG difference lol
We all need a little help sometimes with cutting the cheese 😂
While I thought this was a relatively average horror, nun-type movie, I did quite like the Veronica tie in at the ending as I was completely unaware this was supposed to a prequel until then. On the bright side it did make me watch Veronica again, which comparatively is quite a scary and intriguing movie.
The scariest part about Veronica is that its based on actual events 😂 crazy shit man
Veronica it’s not even close to this one but alright
Sister death’s tie in to Veronica was so good; even better than the conjuring movies
Calm down dude

Dude, why aren't there more of these? You have the best breakdowns. I've listened to them over and over until a new one is posted.
1:02 Chapter title actually says " holy girl"
Nina in Spanish means girl. Not grail. It's holy girl.
or Holy Babe ;D
Niña is the correct word. Nina is a name
It’s not haha
Niña* just because it LOOKS the same doesn’t mean it is. Like, be so for real🥱
I wonder if Scary Nun movies will make kids fear nuns like “It” ruined clowns for kids for a while
I feel like nuns have been scary for a long time. I remember the one nun scene in The Blues Brothers framing the nun as some possessed evil. I'm sure that was a reference to an earlier film, but not one I know of 😅
@@sarahr9894not really the average nun is no different than a Hijabi it’s just Hollywood
It's kinda sad because I remember nuns used to be considered funny. At least a LOT of movies depicted them as full of wit and clever tongued
I loved this movie! Thought it was a great story and complimented Veronica very well. I couldn’t predict the plot, and was moved by the story of Sister Socorro. Great video!
When he said "if the nun was actually good" i immediately paused the video and watch the film. And after watching it, he's not wrong. It was actually good.
I have a theory that the initial death of the little girl who was hanging was done y the nuns to further cover up what they did because our protag was starting to get close to the truth through her and perhaps the nun ghost was trying to warn her. The only other confirmed death before the events of the movie is another nun
Oh thanks.. I even wonder why unnecessarily sakiuro has to kill rosa?? Like wrf she did? Even sakuro had a little girl. And why the hell she have to kill rosa for no reason!
Story remind me of more eastern time of horror with trapped spirit that gos mad and willing to do anything to stop the torment rather than inheritly evil spirits. I can easily imagine this story taking place in Japan.
It wasn’t a bad film, it was just average. Damn sir, as usual, wish I’d seen your take before watching it. Not because I can’t make my own mind up, but I’m usually left frustrated when I’m wondering what I’ve missed. Your astute insight is always helpful. Thanks for that 👍
I’m so happy you covered this movie! I love this so much thank you FoundFlix
I watched Veronica years ago, saw this in my sun feed, and decided to watch the movie, without watching your video, loved it, and that Veronica tie in blew my mind!!! As I loved Veronica too!
Been waiting on this. Every new video is a delight and I needed my fix:-)
I would love it if you would cover “Dream Scenario.” I’d post this elsewhere on your socials, but this is the only one I maintain. Womp womp.
Keep up the excellent content! You’ve introduced me to some of my all-time favorites!! ❤❤❤
I have always enjoyed watching all of your episodes of ending explained. Thank you for always making the best explanations of movies that sometimes have a message that I miss.
I love this channel so much thank you for doing what you do.
Thank you for another great video Lots of love from Australia ❤😂🎉😊
Love your horror explains ❤❤❤... You do a excellent job
Yet another amazing post 🙏
Always watch your uploads once I’ve seen which ever movie it may be. Wondering, have you ever done “the haunting in Connecticut”?
My husband just had me watch this without seeing the title or knowing anything about it. BEST reveal.
I get why Sister Julia and Mother Superior and the other Sister were killed, but why was Rosa killed? I guess because she finished the Hangman drawing?!? I need to go back and watch VERONICA. I saw it a few years ago but I forgot a lot of it. I do remember liking it though.
See time stamp 16:10 and you can hear why. Rosa died for selfish reasons
Ahhh, your videos bring me such happiness. ❤
I was WAITING for this video 🎉😁
Not sure if youll see this, but whats been one of your most favorite horror movie (like the unknown kind if horror, ones that give you the feeling of not wanting to see whats in that dark corner 😂) so far, specifically within thr past few years? Thanks for always taking the dive! ❤
Thanks for making this 25 year old mama be able to watch horror movies while cooking dinner 🥹🩷🩷
Just rewatched your two Gallows videos earlier this week, so it was iroic to see this movie also involve a hangman XD
Love your channel. Are you from Chicago? I am, and I talk fast, and I listen to fast talkers all the time. You, sir, are also a fast talker. I usually speed up the pace on most vids, but you- no way! Oh, and just an old lady’s opinion- your hair looks very handsome when it is short and crisp.
hello fellow chicago horror movie fan! :)
You the best!!! cheers
Can you cover the REC series please? I miss those.
PLEASE DO “GODSEND” I have been looking for it for years and I finally found the title 💚💚😂😂
You impression of sister Julia is so funny 😂❤
Loooved this one. A great follow up to Veronica tbh
La niña santa = The holy girl, not grail XD
I would kill for you to do an ending explain/review for The Fall of the House of Usher.

I prefer SEXY NUNS, but to each their own 😏

What a coincidence I just watched this yesterday!
I really liked this movie! I wasn't aware that it was a Veronica prequel at first. I was really looking for Horror movies with a catholic church mix to it and I was really amazed by this one.
I watched the movie without knowing that is was a prequel for Veronica. Liked both of the movies quite a lot
what streaming service can i watch this on?
10:59 mordecai and rigby? Is that you? 😂😂
@Foundflix Could you do Aniara? I'm curious to hear your take on what may be one of the most depressing films in existence.
It's been awhile since I have been able to watch your videos, but have been a fan for years... Thank you for your work..
P.S. I miss Frank lol
Please please please do Deliver Us so much symbolism I am trying to decipher
Bruv... Its not a Self "Flatuation" device (flatulence is Farting)
its a Self-flagellation Device💀💀💀
YAY! I waited 6 monthd for this
Was watching FoundFlix, got a notification for FoundFlix... What a wonderful day❤
Correlating events happening in non-sequential order is all the rage nowadays apparently.
"Time isn't linear" being the plot twist, so hot right now.
I thought this movie was masterfully done and the aspect ratio offered some unsettling atmosphere the whole way through. Paco plaza is one of my favorite filmmakers, it’s decided. Loved the final 15 minutes of this, the score accompanying those scenes ramping up the tension was awesome to witness. Not to compare, i thought this was way creepier than the Nun II. Spread the word of Sister Death if you liked it
While the obvious comparisons are there to bemade, I thought this was so mcuh better than The NunII. From narrative, to acting, to atmosphere, this was such a wonderful suprise . I thought Veroncia was okay but this was one of the best for 2023.
please do GLORIOUS next!
Can you do Knock At The Cabin next?
Best horror reviewer I've ever seen
Lol I might be overthinking this but 7:10 how does a nun get her hand chopped off and then just lose track of it?
just got hectic and out of her hands man, these things happen
Crazy I just watched Veronica last night on this channel
A selfish aspect to a girl named NARCISSA?!
Who wouldve thought lol

PLEASE DO AN EPISODE ON "The Lighthouse" with Willem Defoe and Robert Pattinson! I would love to see your take on it!
Can you do the movie followed (2018)?. About a vlogger who goes to a haunted hotel.

Bro that thumbnail spooky as hell
Hii can you please explain the movie “ Men” I watched it yesterday night & I’m still thinking that I hallucinated the ending 😣
He literally did last year..
Omg! The eyeballs made me gag for real!!
La Nina Santa is the holy GIRL, not the holy grail.
I saw Sister Death before the Nun and baby that’s what the Nun SHOULD have been!
Check out “Frailty” with Bill Paxton! Fun throw back
With Mathew McConaughey also? If it is the movie I think it is, it is Fantastic!! One of Paxton's most underrated movies. Especially since he also directed it.
@@blahblah6497 Yup! That’s the one, with young McConaughey - found it on an “overlooked horror movies” list and enjoyed it a lot! Didn’t know Paxton directed as well
After watching Veronica I couldn't wait for this prequel
Is it possible can you do Fear and Hunger the game Ending Explained???
Damn I'm early....Hey yall 😊🖐
11:00 idk if it’s just me I hear mordecai from regular show 😂😂😂
I love movies like this
Thanks for the great review. Kinda glad I skipped this movie as I hate the whole "it was a dream" trope.
Only came here to comment, please watch SALTBURN, hope you make a video on that movie. It's crazy!!!!
The cinematography and musical score in this film were gorgeous, I rewound a couple of scenes so I could watch/listen again.
Need to watch The Tag Along Taiwan Movie!
Nice
(Pulse) could you do that one please
Well done movie although it had similar ideas to AHS coven with the eyes blinding and eating eyes.. They added their own unique twist on it though. I liked the ending too JUSTICE!
Omg I'm never this early!
Can you do a video on the movie martyrs! The original French version and then the first remake? The second remake is terrible
NICE, can you do NIGHT WATCH (Russian movie) and its sequel DAY WATCH
This movie is SO good I enjoyed it so much ahehe originally I found it on Netflix and gave it a chance and after that i just had to share it with my friends haha I think i watched it 4 times that week with diff people. There's a kinda sequel to it called Veronica, I hope FoundFlix does it next :D
A prequel to a horror movie that actually closes the dam story and gives the side characters some huge back story
No usual intro 😕, still gunna watch tho
