I thought there were other screws holding it on from the inside am i wrong? I lost the key to my gsxr1000 and been debating on an amazon replacement but thought thayt i had to drill out the gas cap
There are no screws holding it from the inside. My biggest issue is not being able to open it easily because of poor leverage and the pressure of the fumes in the tank. I eventually took this one off my bike and put a cap on that uses a key way easier.

I like the look of it, my biggest issue with it is there wasn’t enough leverage to loosen to cap.
The only thing I would advise is to not to over tighten the cap. With the pressure of the fumes it makes it harder to unscrew when fueling up.
Anyone else seem to have an issue with the new fuel cap not wanting to sit flush with the tank cover all around ???
