Yes!! I used silken soft but I think pure silken would be even more airy hehe

My daughter looooves dates (we all do at my house!). Sometimes she doesn't want to eat the protein dense stuff like beans or tofu.. but the mouse could help her with that at breakfast maybe! They both look amazing.
