Breakfast Vegan "Yogurt":
1 block soft tofu (200g)
1 frozen banana
2/3 cup frozen blue berries strawberries (or any kind of berries)
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1 heaping tbsp cashew butter or 3 tbsp cashews
1 heaping tbsp protein powder (adds thickness)
Blend everything up :)

80g apple sauce
90g non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp coconut sugar or maple syrup (optional)
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
100g oat flour
14g potato starch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

I love that you have a bazillion fillings in your burger already and you still have to add wedges to it xDDD
Try adding your blueberries on top of your pancakes before you flip them over, on your final flip. I got this idea from a restaurant owner on a cooking show.
I used to do that! But I kinda don't like that because the blueberries aren't coated so the sugars from it burn.

I really want to make your yogurt bowl! But do I have to use protein powder or does it work with out it? And can I also use firm tofu if I don’t find the silk one?
the protein powder makes it thick but it still works :) I don't suggest firm or extra firm tofu because it's kinda gritty
I guess it's your preference but you could add some more liquid to the pancakes and cut the berries for a better texture and shape
def preference because adding more liquid makes the pancakes super thin imo!!

you could but the texture is a bit more gummy because potato starch absorbs more water and is drier, making for fluffy-er pancakes

Corn starch makes it slightly more 'gummy' because it makes it almost too soft whereas potato starch absorbs more 'wet ingredients' and is drier so it helps it be more fluffy :)

Hiii I can't fiind silk tofu in my stores, would firm tofu work for the yogurt bowl?
firm will make it super gritty so I wouldnt suggest it but you could try :)
