Easy way to make conventional wired earbuds use Bluetooth

I watch CZcams or movies on my phone while laying in bed before I go to sleep. I used this device because I wanted to convert wired headphones that were already comfortable when I laid sideways and had my ear on the pillow. I'm trying to plug stuff into my phone less and rely more on wireless accessories. I have a couple of pairs of Bluetooth true wireless earbuds, but they have buttons on the side that get pressed when I turn my head and lay sideways on the pillow. I searched and found some sleeping Bluetooth earbuds that would have been great but were wildly expensive. I was able to get this solution for $15.99 on Amazon.
When shopping around I was concerned with the power output sufficiently drive my headphones and wanted to make sure I found something that would deliver an acceptable volume level (loud if I want). Also I wanted to have something that had volume control and something that I could power off when it was time to eventually put the phone down and go to sleep. I also very much wanted something that had zero or minimal delay between the audio output and the video so that the audio and lips moving were in sync.
With this device, I got what I was hoping for. It has plenty of power, adjustable volume controls, can be powered off, and has very negligible delay between audio output and lip movement providing for and enjoyable audio-visual experience.
