Luvin the sweet, almost silent sounds of that Capra! Miss riding Aliso. And thx for the mental health chit chat. Always a reminder how healing and helpful mtb riding can be for the brain, body and soul. Glad you’re starting to recover Tony Macaroni!
Sweet Wheels . Silence is definitely golden especially when your talking 😁 Great as usual T. Sorry to hear you got but, you got it out of the way also, glad to see you're up and well. 👍👍👍
escaped from san diego for the holidays and had an epic ride up north in Bellingham WA today where I went to school back in the day. If you haven't ridden there, it's 1000% worth the trip.
Beautiful bike! Guess I’m going to have to live vicariously through your vids for 2 months: re-broke my darn collarbone last week. :/ Can’t wait to see the what the next bike is. 😎
I totally hear you on the, "living vicariously through" part. Used to, motocross/trail ride, mountain bike, etc. all my life. Shitty health issues changed all of that. Too bad you're dealing with your recent injury,. All part of our love for two wheeled sports. Hope you heal quickly and properly, and able to get back on your bike soon.
@@leewaken5059 Sorry to hear of your health problems getting in the way of the things you love. Thanks for the well wishes, very sweet of you. Wish you the best! 😎
I was actually a bit worried about you.👍🏼 Don't let that happen again!😂 Awesome you got to spend some quality time with your beautiful bride, so much more important. Welcome back🏁 Oh, gorgeous looking bike.
Great video! I love how you mentioned mental health and MTB. It’s very true for most of us. Congratulations on the new bike! It looks like the two of you are getting along wonderfully! How do you like descending on this vs your Decoy?
New to your channel, New the mtb experience, second time i did the prieto canyon trail , terrified for me , thanks to CZcams suggests your blog, now I have some good source of inspiration.
Hummin through those rock gardens pretty good brother. Bike looks really solid and stable. I tend to ride a lot of terrain just like this in my area in Northern California and was wondering what tire pressure do you typically run for terrain like this?
Awesome vid! I’m looking into getting this exact one right now just in time for the deal they are having. But can’t decide on the size. I’m about 5’9 and stuck between a medium or large. What size is your Capra?
@@TheOutsiderMTB Sweet! A pretty solid deal they are having. Can't miss out on this one. If you know of anyone looking to buy a Stumpy Comp Alloy S4, send them my way! Haha.. Safe riding! I should be at the Fullerton Group Ride Dec 4th, see you then!
I've currently got 4 Specialized bikes in the house, but a Dirtlove just arrived yesterday. This is my second one; the first arrived damaged in the box, but they were decent to work with and was able to send it back and get a replacement. Although not fully unboxed just yet, it appears to be ok. Bang for buck is definitely better with YT.
Do you ever get bored of the aliso trails? I’ve ridden them for a long time and for me the whole socal area legal trails all just kind of get boring and easy to me after a while
I’m looking at Capra 4 or jeffsey core 4 what’s better for trails and take to bike park like big bear where I don’t have to worry about not having enough bike
man, sorry to hear that. i mean, of all places to lose your taste and smell, italy is probably the WORST place for that to happen. you're gonna need to back again to make up for it!
I have the same bike and love it! You gotta bring it out to our new bike park in menifee! Just posted some shorts of the kids shredding. Come check it out!

Right on
I keep watching this video. I love these two trails and ride them almost weekly. Thanks for sharing your new bike. It's a masterpiece.
Nice! Cheers Michael!
2:24 are you kidding me rn, that's like one of the coolest shots I've ever seen
I love yt. Got a Jeffsy 2 months back and it’s a blast!!!! Yt is such a sick brand

Sounds great!
Sorry to hear about Covid. Glad to see you back on the trails. Nursing my sick kids instead of riding. Hope it turns around this week.
I hope so too!
Glad you are back! New YT looks like an awesome ride!!!
Thanks Jason!
Good to have you back

Welcome!
Sorry, you got the Rona on your honeymoon. It's good to have you back. Great video man, that bike is so sick! 🤩🤩🤩
Appreciate it!!
ohh no, that sucks Tony...thats a huge vacay to go on and get COVID
the new Capra is sick, the 27.5 rear is the way to go imo. Great vid Tony
Thanks bud!
Congrats man! New bike looks great!
Thanks!
Bummer you got sick on your vacation. I'm just getting over the cerveza sickness as well.
Remember that comedy song that was popular about 10 or 12 years ago about Christmas and "My Something* In a Box?"🤣😂
Since I watched Se7en just last night, I literally said the title of your video in the movie voice…iykyk
Hahaha
I completely understand there anxiety etc. Had it my whole life. If you ever need to talk. I am here 24/7 it can be difficult for others to understand
❤️❤️❤️
Great looking bike, love my Capra. It would be great to see your suspension o ring travel indicators after your rides.
Can't beat a good few miles on the trails to clear the head 🤘🙂 bike looks very nice 😉
Thanks 👍
Sick !!!! Can’t wait to see it👍
Hummin through those rock gardens pretty good brother. Bike looks really solid and stable. I tend to ride a lot of terrain just like this in my area in Northern California and was wondering what tire pressure do you typically run for terrain like this?
Right on - I'm usually at 22 front and 26 rear.
@@TheOutsiderMTB appreciate it. One other question, I'm 5' 8" on a full night's sleep. Medium or large for this bike. Heard they run small
@steveg56 I’m 5’9 on a large for sure.
Gravity cycle Also tuned my suspension💪

Get a large for sure.

Great video. Sorry if I missed it. Are the bars aluminum or carbon?
Both! Just kidding - carbon. Cheers!
Dream bike but no dealers in japan Yt don’t ships bike in japan
Can you help me
I am interested in YT, have always bought Specialized though. I am curious to hear how the support is when you not a youtube star. Anyone?

Sick bike. Enjoy it.
Thanks, will do!
Nice bike and nice rocks 🪨
Sweet bike dude
Thanks!
Waht is the weight limit for this frame ?
I’m not sure it has one. I think that’s more of a suspension question. I could be wrong.
I'm looking at buying this bike. For price is it best buy for Enduro? I enjoyed the video it looked amazing.
I’m not sure if it’s best but I sure like it a lot. 🫡
@@TheOutsiderMTB thanks I have a giant stance 27.5 looking to upgrade, pretty sure this is my choice
Tell them I said hello. 😀
Do you ever get bored of the aliso trails? I’ve ridden them for a long time and for me the whole socal area legal trails all just kind of get boring and easy to me after a while
I mix things up best I can usually.
nice!!!!
Looking at getting this bike would you say it’s too much bike for those types of trails ?
A little but fun nonetheless
I’m looking at Capra 4 or jeffsey core 4 what’s better for trails and take to bike park like big bear where I don’t have to worry about not having enough bike
Jeffsy is a great all around bike
6:52 “that’s a trail you never want to take for granite”. Of course, clearly it’s sandstone. … I’ll show myself out.
man, sorry to hear that. i mean, of all places to lose your taste and smell, italy is probably the WORST place for that to happen. you're gonna need to back again to make up for it!
You're right!
so is this bike a true enduro bike.'
Yep!

I'll check it out!
