I'll be honest, I am not a fan of GH for anti-aging. My reasoning is that while it does make the good cells in your body grow, it can ALSO make any abnormal cells grow. That's the big C. For anti-aging, eating to maintain a low-healthy range bodyfat%, and lifting weights will do 95% of the anti-aging you want. TRT only if you actually need it. If your levels are normal and you can maintain a healthy erection, you might never need TRT, but definitely don't let low testosterone go untreated if you have exhausted all lifestyle-related troubleshooting. Some guy can have healthy testosterone levels into their 80s, while others will need it at some point.
I've never used it really not interested in it.

When I do a lot of ab work or heavy squats I put on the turtle shell. Not on anything but Trt. Now if I avoid that and do lots of cardio and diet my waste gets thinner. I believe genetics. Plus I’m sure is core has muscle upon muscle, I mean the man will kick a person in half.
Joe definitely takes more than one IU. Well maybe now he takes one but considering how much he changed the composition of his body literally including his head, therapeutic doses don't do that. He definitely abused drugs at some point

My guess is he was on a higher dose of trt eating not paying attention to his diet. Then after doctors intervention he lowered the dose and started eating healthy
You're a similar age to me do you have any prostate issues? I was going to start hair treatment years ago never did and my hair is still doing fine for now however i do have prostate issues just wondering if taking the hair meds might of helped me out.
The hair meds actually shrink the prostate. I had a prostate infection once and it was recommended that I was on that but I was on it anyway

It depends on the concentration of the HGH. I'm assuming you got lyophilized (powdered) gh and then reconstituted it with Bacteriostatic water. So depending on the volume of powder and the volume of Bac water used the amount of gh in every tic on a U-100 slin pin would change. Fill in the blanks and I can show you the math!

Jon I have a guestion about TRT, I'm older and wondering how it effects your prostate? Is it a legitimate concern?
It has never affected mine, but I'm also on Propecia. The only time I ever had elevated prostate levels is when I had an infection which came back to normal levels after I went on antibiotics. Hope that helps.

Yes Rogan has been taking very low amounts of HGH for a decade or maybe slightly more which we know can have the effect of organ growth BUT I think its most noticeable on Joe because of his body structure.
When you have a short torso and then have organ growth from HGH it becomes very apparent but lets take a person with the exact opposite body structure like Nathan De Asha who has a very long torso and short legs. Based on Nathans torso length his organs could enlarge and you'd never really notice.
One other reason Rogan might be getting that distended belly is that his diet is very low in carbs and higher in fats and meat. The higher amounts of fat intake would also potentially lead to fat surrounding the organs.
To be perfectly honest he doesn't look that bad. It may be just dieting, nutrition, supplements, lack of sleep or trying to lose weight.
He doesn't look like he's abusing HGH or IGF-1 or anything like that.
