  • My body brought a strong belief of mine to the surface. I didn't know how impacted I had been trying to embody the "Strong black woman" stereotype that it had an impact on my health and relationships. In this video, I share my story of how and why I am now deciding to embrace vulnerability as my new strength.
For the woman who has been through this and has gotten through it, I would love to hear from you. How did you learn to embrace vulnerability?

When did you start feeling your true self before or after juicing? I ask because other juicers or fruit eaters have only been saying that after they started doing these things they become extra sensitive in a good way. I believe that's how you get closer to the Creator as well.
What's happening is people can feel their spirits therefore becoming one with your spirit or your true self. And what people don't realize is we are all spirits inhabiting these bodies that is the real you and not your flesh. Because when we die on the earth and go to the other side of the world your spirit will be there and not your flesh. And everything becomes 1000 times more sensitive. God wants us to be vulnerable with him not with other people. When dealing with people you have to put on the full armor of God. Cause you never know it's always the ones that are close to you that can hurt you. 🤨

I started feeling my true self once I stopped eating meat and processed foods. The juicing and fruits compliments it. I agree with you. However, I believe that in wearing the full armor of God, I am also suppose to have trust in that armor. Meaning, I don’t need to put on my own armor on top of God’s.
For example, we all know that God has a plan and won’t give us something we can’t handle. God’s armor is a representation of that. If I were to be vulnerable with people and get hurt, then it was suppose to be that way. Because there is strength and power that grows from the breaking…
      - the breaking of hearts
      - the breaking of bad habits and patterns
      - the breaking of outdated beliefs
      - the breaking of generational curses
By overlaying personal defenses on top of God's armor, I would be demonstrating a lack of faith in both God's protection and His plan. Therefore, I am choosing to remove my own armor, embracing vulnerability and fully trusting in God's armor alone.
