[PART 2] Can a cheap Amazon juicer rival the Nama J2?

- The Nama J2 juicer is GREAT but expensive. I am on a mission to find comparable juicers that are much less expensive so that we can all get the benefits of juicing without breaking the bank.
In this video, I am comparing the Nama J2 juicer with an Amazon Juicer named Canoly (or Canoly-003) that (from the images) looked similar. This video is PART two of the comparison, this time testing veggies and greens to see how the Amazon juicer holds up.

I just purchased a Canoly. The Nama is very impressive but out of my price range right now.

This video sent me straight to Amazon. I was already on the fence...lol....now my juicer arrives tomorrow (yay). The nama is indeed quite impressive, however my budget right now is not...lol. And instead of putting off juicing until my budget becomes impressive, I decided on the canoly. Thank you for taking the time to give a honest and unbiased review. 🙂

How was the clean up?
@@vickiepatton7843 the clean up was a bit of a headache, specifically the part that expels the pulp. However, I am comparing it to the ease I’ve had with clean up for the Nama.

Thank you for doing this video. I don't know how I'm going to buy one but this helps. I have some kind of blood disease and I pray juicing will heal this. My stomach doesn't pump well either so juicing will be my only way of eating anyway. God Bless you

Keep on Juicing as much as you can , especially greens and go raw vegan. You got this.
Do a screen of all your vitamins. Bs C D A . Go get a bone density test (make sure the cakcium is staying in your bones and not leaving to soft organs) a whol screen of Thyroid. Magnesium levels. Magnesium deficiency is linked to High BP and low chloridic acid in the stomach. And try some deep abs exercise. There are a lot of good one you can do even seating down. To strengthen and promote your splinters movement. And start juicing Beets carrots and apples on a regular blender. I promise you it still works. Carrots its been known as a potent blood cleanser, beets cleanse the liver and increase red blood cells (A.K.A. Oxygen) and apple has malic acid that cleans the liver passages and bile ducts. thank you for your videos the two verse the cannoly masticating juicers your review helped. One suggestion we understand that they are loud but we need to hear at least 10 seconds of each one so we can decide what we can deal with. I agree with you the Amazon juicer does take the cake so I would choose the Nama J2 over it, but I still want to hear the Nama J2 run for a few seconds so I can hear what you’re speaking about for myself.Also, you can turn the volume of the juicers down when you do your post audio and you then can still talk to us 😊 and be present. You have a wonderful personality and do a great job. Keep up the great work!!

I purchased the Canoly first and I’m returning it today. I’ve had it for about 2-3 weeks and it clogs up pretty bad when juicing greens. I’ve had to stop and unclog it numerous times and ended up losing lots of produce. I love my nama.

@@Canadianforestfairy I haven’t tried it with ginger but seeing how it handled the carrots with ease, I wouldn’t be too worried about the ginger.
For Nama, if you waut till around Christmas time you can get $80 off. Nama also has payment plans. I love my Nama j2

@@yeshalester thank you, I watched it! It looks like the brand name is Tebal not Canoly though? I picked the Canoly one because it runs on 350w vs the other 5.3 inch ones I saw on Amazon that run on 200/250w so I figure the Canoly is a bit more powerful!

I want to start juicing and I want a Nama so bad but in due time. I appreciate your two videos abt the Amazon juicer. I’m going to give it a try as my first juicer! Do you ever do anything with the pulp? I’d be interested in seeing some ways the pulp can get used instead of just discarded. Great video! You just got a new subscriber:)
I’m learning of ways to use the pulp and juice in a way that I have pulp combinations that I can use later on.. rather in soup stock, salad toppings, and etc. I’ll be sure to make some videos around the things that I find work well for the pulp repurposing. I'm planning to buy the nama or another high end model, but you almost had me but the Amazon one on the part 1 video until I read the comment on the nutrient loss in the Amazon one which caused me to research a bit...I will not be buying the Amazon one...I would love to save money but not at the expense of my health. The reason we juice is for the health benefits and to lose nutrition to save a few bucks doesn't Add up in the long run...bad health will cost much more than the cost of compromise for a few bucks in savings. Thank you for the video comparison. With as much juicing as we plan to do and looking how the one for Amazon was shaking just with a few carrots and not being able to juice the apple properly without your intervention, we will lean towards the Nama juicer or something similar like the Buchymix juicer. That Nama has more power for juicing a lot of fruits and vegetables. But will have to save up as it has a high price point.
That’s a good call. I think someone mentioned it may be possible to do a payment plan for the Nama. Either way, you can’t go wrong with the Nama 😊

I usually strain my juice at least once or twice before bottling it. I have never tried collards. I usually use kale or spinach. Great video.

I've done a lot of greens with the unit,one of my best is parsley salary, mint, and green apples. I do use a strainer after making most of my drinks.
That mixture sounds delicious 😋 and that’s a great call with the strainer! Solves the problem with extra particles in the juice.

i love my nama j2! I bought the larger hopper, it's great just a lil disappointed. I thought it would be bigger.

@@yeshalester Oh by no means am I telling you not to get it. It definitely fits more than the original Hopper, I personally thought it would be taller so to speak.
The blenders are not the same size therefore the amount of food can be the reason for the difference in color

Well I did take the leap and purchased this juicer.... not what I hope it would be for me. Tried watermelon pineapple and strawberries, it wouldn't cut up the watermelon chunk, getting stuck to where the blade couldn't not cut it or grind it whichever, OMG the strainer it would get clogged up. I didn't make a single jug of juice. I haven't tried it since. But I am going to give it another shot to see it was operators era or not.

This doesn't compare at all quit it . The J2 has a 15 year warranty you can juice make nut milk and sorbet. It's quiet and easy to clean. And the amount you can juice in a short time makes it worth every penny. I understand wanting something cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. I would rather make payments on a J2 than waste my money on something that may break in a month or two. #love myJ2
