Congratulations and welcome to the Nama family! I’ve owned my Nama J2 since January 2023. My favorite recipes are the two you mentioned. Also, I like the taste of 1 pineapple, 2 peaches, and a lime (so good). I use the filter when making the celery juice that makes it taste better. It actually taste like a warm milk to me. The one green juice I drink daily is celery juice because of the benefits. Since January, I’ve been a raw vegan. When I tried to eat a cooked potato, I didn’t feel as good when eating raw. Therefore, I can relate to your past video on how you feel when eating raw versus cooked planted based meals. I appreciate your videos and your greatness of sharing health. You have given me some much knowledge of being healthier. Please keep the content coming.

Ms Helen! I literally just got the Nama last week! My favorite juice is sweet/bell peppers (red and orange) with mango and ginger! It is sooooo good! I also enjoyed the green juice recipe in the book that came with it! Congratulations on becoming an affiliate and for keeping us inspired!

You can just scrape the ginger with the edge of a spoon no need to soak. Love your video

I’ve had my juicer since May 2022. I also have 2 other juicers which have barely been used in the last 10 years. The ease of juicing with the J2 has allowed me to juice consistently for the first time. Juicing is an excellent way to get in additional nutrients.

I love my NamaJ2 Juicer I purchase in February 2023. And I batch juice weekly. My green juice includes celery cucumber green pepper pineapple ginger and spinach. I also juice carrots orange pepper orange. I love watermelon juice also yummy. I’m trying to go 100% raw but it’s hard. I rarely cook meals anymore lol. Good luck with your juicing. Can you provide ideas for compost? Thanks

I juiced a watermelon with ginger cucumber kiwi pineapple mango and coconut water. I’ll use that for my base juice to add spinach blueberries nana or something else. Hey Helen. What browns do you use to balance your greens in your compost? Like you, I create a lot of kitchen scraps and I have issues finding enough brown material.
All these paper bags,leaves, Shredded cardboard. We always have a lot of boxes and that brown paper from Amazon
@@HelenH Thank you for the ideas. I’ve been scared to use cardboard, but you get such nice results from your backyard garden I’m going to try it!
@@inderwinkdon’t forget leaves. Especially with fall approaching you may be able to get lots of them. If you have a lawn you can also use your dried grass. Don’t forget coffee grounds. The greater the variation in your input the better your soil will be nutrient wise. Hope this helps.

You're not getting much benefits by peeling the cucumbers.
