Omg. If I watch you prep, juice or harvest, I find myself cutting fruit, making a salad or cooking something plant based. Today I froze some over ripe bananas before they go bad. I put wet jerk seasoning on mushrooms and dropped in the air fryer. What! They are so tasty! Thank you for the weekly inspiration.

Hey Ms. Helen! Thank you so much for fir sharing this inspirational video! It has indeed inspired as well as encourage me to join you in the plant based meal movement. Since my beloved husband Gerald passed away last year, the Lord has me in a new season of my life where I felt some helpless and lost. Nevertheless, with His loving guidance and guaranteed word (bible) it has definitely lit a fire under me to get my tail up and stip feeling sorry for myself and trust in Him for ALL of my needs including changing the foods I eat and the way I eat them.
