I completely understand dealing with the loss of your dad; he was a wonderful man and Im glad you shared him with us = the cruises.❤ I loss my mom on my 30th birthday, she died in my arms. Guess what I dont celebrate anymore? I feel her presence when I'm calm.

Ms lady I’m 50 with you this year and you are so right about your body going through changes. I’m post menopausal and so glad it’s gone. I made some changes as well and have dropped a size plus weight (13 lbs), seeing some abs and muscle definition (I do a 90 day challenge) as well as blood pressure being normal and lowered my cholesterol. I like meat too much to be completely vegan but I do eat a lot of fruits and veggies and I did cut back on the amount of meat and including some meatless meals and clean eating. I do take vitamin supplements (d3+ k2, c, magnesium, probiotic and collagen powder in my coffee). I didn’t have much weight to loose but I just want to be healthy and be around for my family for a long time. You are truly an inspiration and wishing you all the best

God is speaking through you today!! Turned 50 this year and it's like a switch was flipped.....having problems with my body that I've never had before. Tears for no reason unless I'm subconsciously holding onto to past traumas.
Coughing up and spitting up mucus everyday, swollen sinuses, aches/pains that I've never felt before and even new symptoms right before the start of my menstrual cycle.
Been juicing for about 4-5 months but finding it hard to never eat cooked food so have not lost the weight that I desperately need to get rid of.
But it's nice to know that I am not alone.....
Juicing is not good because you are throwing away the good things, which are the virbra. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 eating much better for health.

Whew HelenH! You certainly helped me today! I’ve been vegan for 3 years and lost 50 lbs but gained about 30 back due to inconsistency with exercise and eating more carbs and late at night. Thank you for the inspo…this has encouraged me to find my why and do what works for me.

My husband used to cough up mucus and phlegm multiple times a day, he started taking sea moss, bladderack and black seed oil and it was completely gone in about 2 weeks, it’s been 2 years and he’s still mucus and phlegm free! It really works!

I just found your channel, and as others have said, you are an inspiration. Not only that, you’ve expressed so many of my same feelings about things. For example, texture is everything to me, and I only consume foods that I can tolerate the texture. Like I do not like tomatoes, but I’m fine with tomato sauce; however, it cannot be chunky-and the same for peanut butter in that it must be smooth without chunks of peanuts. There were other similarities we share, and you are probably the first person that I’ve heard with these. Thank you so much for sharing, and as others have said, you look fabulous. I’ll be 65 in August 2024 and have been on my health journey for quite some time as I have several illnesses. That weight thing that you spoke about your perception of your actual weight, I completely understand. Thank you for sharing your health journey and your inspirational videos. ❤
