Awesome video. Visited a friend who lives in the Villages about a month ago. We came home and booked a Lifestyle visit in May and hoping to come for about 3 mos. in the winter. I can see myself living down there.

What a fun experience for the two of you. Good news from Iowa…the Ryan’s have bought a home in The Villages and will be closing on it in March!! Just wanted to say how helpful your videos have been. In fact, the woman holding the sign by the Parrot Heads area is a good friend of ours and had so much to do with our decision to purchase there. Nice to see you focus on her in your video a couple times. As a fellow Jimmy Buffett fan, fins up!

On the subject of the Parrot Heads, did you guys look in to living in Magaritaville in Florida. We know a couple that sold their Villages home and bought one in Magaritaville, Latitude Daytona. 🌴 I typed this before the end. I guess you guys did check out Margaritaville. Enjoyed the video! Thanks

I’m a single woman on a tight budget and I really want to move to the villages but I’m afraid of the expense.. do they have rentals or anything under $200,000?
