You Would Think The Fire Engines Would of Been at the Right end of Runway ?As The Gear Was Down and Locked ,If The Hydraulics Had Failed ,You Still Always Have Blowdown With Emergency Accumulator ,I Used To Check All This Equipment when i Worked on Aircraft For the RAF.
I did think that but the last time this happened the f15 came all the way down after taking the hook
Yeah they always seem to be on the wrong end of the runway. Maybe they should split up. Put one where the aircraft is touching down and the other at the end of the runway.
