If you ever notice a person lose a noticeable amount of weight, you should immediately consider they were very likely sick or unwell. 95% of the time of someone loses more than like 5 pounds it’s because they had something bad happen to them.
So I always avoid telling them good job, respect etc. instead ask how things have been going for them.

I like the part where he said “I’m suckling my own toes!” And then sat on the ground and ripped his shoe and sock off and sucked on his toes until the lady in the audience made him stop by coddling him and singing him a Russian lullaby and then he got back his his knees, picked up the microphone and looked around like he just woke up there and did the rest of his set. That’s my personal favorite part you guys probably all have your own but that was mine.

This one hits home. A few years ago a 3 year old I was sitting with at my house started spraying deodorant into my cat's face and not just once, laughing like he was an evil mastermind running after and cornering my cat, and spraying it again and again like she was a cockroach or something. I took away deodorant, and he went playing on his console, then, like nothing happened I asked him what was his favorite thing in the world, and he said - GTA V, so I took his PS4 disc and broke it in half saying to his face - "Never effing even look at my cat once again or PS4 will be next". I said what happened to his parents, but they did not believe me because "He is my boy, he can't do that, stop lying". Thank god my cat was fine.
