Do you think comeuppance is a good move? I think it's decent, but theres just not enough pokemon that can learn it. Which pokemon would benefit the most from having this new move?

Any slow defensive dark-type I think. Like Umbreon, Mandibuzz, TTar but it has way better options anyway.

Spiritomb, Guzzlord, Ting-Lu, Wo-Chien are all good alternatives. A better choice, in my opinion, is either making the move have an effect (of some kind) if used first, or negative speed priority. That would make it useful for faster pokemon too.

Like other people in the comments said, more defensive pokemons like umbreon, mandibuzz or maybe even fur-coat persian alola, if you want something risky, are better options to use that move.

Comeuppance is basically a Dark type version of Metal Burst

That attack it would be good on other dark types that are more slower. Umbreon, spiritomb, sableye, qwilfish hisuian, etc

I used it on mabosstiff which has good attack and decent defences and had some fun when it activated but it’s nothing to rely on. You could add an iron ball or lagging tail to make sure you go slower
