- “Extra” spoke to Gypsy Rose Blanchard as she hit the red carpet at a Lifetime FYC event in support of her docuseries “From the Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard.” It was a Gypsy’s first appearance since undergoing a rhinoplasty, and she said she was “feeling good.” Gypsy also opened up about rekindling her relationship with ex-fiancé Ken Urker, telling “Extra” they are “very happy together.” Plus, she spoke about her upcoming docuseries “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up” and her revelation in the trailer that she has received death threats.

What's disturbing is that she's capitalizing off her mothers death. She is the one who murdered her, and in the process, she is careless about the other individuals whose lives were ruined because of her. She shouldn't receive such special privileges period!

She talked in her phony chipmunk voice to the detective too. The detective was far too intelligent to be manipulated by her and called her out for the liar she was/is. Unbelievable that anybody can watch her police interrogation video and not see what a liar she clearly is.

It's shocking how little mainstream knows about her real modus operandi
No one else is raising awareness for victims of MBP who suffer in the shadows and feel alone. Her case of abuse was severe enough that many people became invested in her story. If someone with her experiences became "famous" when she was growing up, she might have been more able to get help and prevent the murder. She is literally telling people not to do what she did because she regrets it and knows it was wrong. But the abuse she endured and the lifelong pain it created is valid. Just let her be.
She never had that kind of attention before. So she is eating it up while she can. Why did her and her ex fiancee break up. She used him too.

By one of the operations she had to endure by the care of her mother her saliva glands were taken out. So that means that she has constantly a dry mouth definitely when she has to speak much. That's why she tries to constantly lick her lips and due to medication she was forced to take she got rotten teeth and the dentist removed many teeth. All these were unnecessary but her mother was quite convincing to doctors.

She had eye surgery because of strabismus and a feeding tube because of failure to thrive/small size. She had a leg muscle biopsy because she was going along with her mother's con and pretending she couldnt walk. The detective questioning her was far too intelligent for her to manipulate and called her out as the liar she is.

Idk why so many people are bashing her. Im a victim of munchausen by proxy. Extreme mental and physical abuse at the hands of my mother who force fed me fentanyl since 13. Im still addicted at 22. She literally left me on my own since 16 and havent heard from her since. Shed make me hustle my body for my own dope and bills once i was physically addicted. No, my mom isnt nor has she ever been an addict. She noticed my mental and physical reactions to withdrawals gained her the opportunity to tell churches, friends and programs that i had schizophrenia, all these other mental illnesses and on top of that severe "lyme disease" liver damage as a child (never had that, but it appeared as though i did and i didnt know what dope sickness was at that age. She had me sleep with her friends and theyd give her the money/dope which she would LITERALLY SPIKE ME WITH AT 13-16 TIL I ENDED UP LIVING IN THE WOODS BEHIND A MCDONALD'S ONCE SHE MET A MAN AND SAW ME AS AN EMBARRASSMENT AFTER I SUFFERED AN OD DURING HER FIRST MONTH DATING HIM (oops, her dirty secret was becoming untravelled and before it was unveiled i was dumped at an unsuspecting friends old house who no longer lived there, this was right after i was discharged from my OD , and when i went home to her she was gone. All the belongings. House for sale. Up and moved without me. Yah.
Munchausen by proxy is no joke. Her mother probably deserved it. And yah, i see gypsy growing ill with her moms same fatal illness mentally speaking due to all this spotlight but i thank god for this case because its the only reason some regular people who havent endured this nor work in medical fields know what munchausens is. It helped me realize what was wrong with my mother cuz before her case i never heard of it in my life. I knew something was for sure wrong with my childhood scenario but i wasnt aware this was a thing until gypsy.
And when youre psychologically abused for that long and that harshly to that extent, yah. Youre gonna revert to childlike behaviors at times including the way she speaks and presents herself. I am the same way. It is a subconscious coping mechanism.

I agree, she has unusual looks but this artificiality doesn't flatter her at all. I actually do prefer her without all that stuff on her face and blonde hair. This is NOT being a "hater", by the way. We are allowed to comment on celebrities and what they wear, hair, makeup, etc. and we don't have to praise them for everything. It won't get back to them and they won't be crushed if we don't like their lipstick. If people put THEMSELVES on a pedestal like this, they can't expect it to all be sunshine and roses. She has been very candid through and through so based on what has been shared I'd say she has a very normal and healthy attitude in general. Her husband whether he is or is not in her future is none of our business as she has the right to adjust to every day life per what feels appropriate and comfortable for her. I think she looks gorgeous and her rhinoplasty was done very well as she is absolutely recognizable but it simply put perfected her look. She wasn't happy with her profile and had it adjusted. Good for her focussing on her self care and now that she looks and feels better she deserves a chance to get out there and acclimate like everyone else. Trial and error is a personal journey it's life so let's enjoy her docu series and not hold her to an unreasonable standard one doesn't even apply to themselves. Dating is something she didn't ever get to do amongst many other basics so good for her getting going. 😁
