I saw Elina Garanca sing Sesto recently on the metopera live streaming. She was superb in the part & she is just as superb in concert, what an amazing voice. Definitely one of my favourite opera performances & singers.
I saw her in her last run of Rosenkavaliers at the Met in 2017. She was amazing.
I agree, Bravo to the clarinet player. And Elina Garanca is magnificent in every respect, such power and conviction, such passion and control at the same time, superlative in every respect

Esta GENIAL aria del GRAN W.A. Mozart es una de las muy pocas, que exigen una INTERPRETACIÓN super emotiva de las LÍRICAS sopranos que te mantienen en vilo, Elina lo hace MUY bien tan igual como la Checa, Magdalena... Son sin duda ; voces DIVINAS !!!! saludos amigos desde Perú.

This is undoubtedly , an outstanding singer. But I wish she would focus her voice more . It has a slightly woolly quality which could lead to vocal problems in the future.. She interprets this music with an inner passion, that is most unusual these days.... lots of contrast. ......a stunning voice that for me needs quite a bit more work to develop her into something really special. that would endure the rigors of an international singing career, without harming her intrinsic vocal beauty. .
