Got halfway through the video I'm glad you enjoyed the Galveston location. I grew up near there and we went there very often.
My guy. You drove over 32% of the circumference of the earth.
this will haunt you like vietnam... carry on my wayward son
the fact that i’ve spent 30 minutes watching a guy go insane only to go to teds channel to watch another 30 minutes of a guy enjoying himself touring the country with a guy going insane next to him is so funny
And the guy enjoying himself is oblivious to the mental scarring happening to the other guy
Is it actually funny though?

Yeah, I feel like this dude is being a huge crank instead of just enjoying the ride and the time with someone. I’m not a person to say nut up and enjoy yourself, but some people aren’t meant to do anything other than make CZcams videos.
@@user-is9jm2et7n i am so genuinely shocked you can watch someone spend 21 days on the road which is exhausting enough as it is and eating at rainforest cafe 18 times and comically play up his anguish for a video and then your takeaway is "well he's being an asshole about it". im not usually the one to say you have to try something before judging anothers reaction to it but in this case i think i will
I like how Ted’s is a fun little adventure across North America, and Eddy’s is a psychological horror about a man slowly descending into madness
I just started the video because I was like dang I thought Ted this. Then jumped in halfway thru the video and he’s saying the bathroom monkeys are now his friends. I can’t wait to fully dissect this
My guess for why their moods are so different is that Eddy’s the one who drove the most/ whole way. I watched this while doing dishes so if I’m wrong it’s cuz I wasn’t watching the screen the whole time but tbh driving does that to ya

Canada has much stricter food laws than us. Their food overall is way less processed, has less added chemicals, and more simple ingredients that are actually food.
I lost it at the moment Eddie’s friend asked does this happen everytime? And Eddie immediately responds “it happens every 20 mins”. All I could think was Eddie’s truly declining into a the madness of a professional rainforest cafe customer.

@Gary Phillip hi
Most people don't come back from their first tour in 'Nam
I’m just imagining Ted stary eyed, talking to waiters eating his 7th basket of mozzarella sticks today while Ed is in the bathroom trying to calculate if he could consume a lethal amount of bathroom hand sanitizer before someone else came in and tried to stop him.
Either that or 5 minutes of league of legends
So in the bathrooms, the murals look painted and not like wallpaper or whatever, and they look very similar in style which leads me to believe that a long time ago one sad mural artist had a similar experience traveling across these United States to paint every rainforest cafe bathroom in the country
It’s more likely one artist painted a sample mural design, and freelance artists were hired in every location to paint them. It’s like scenic painting in theater, the designer hands you a small version and says “make it big” and you have to match the style.
Your idea is much more fun, of course.
This thought is invading my brain. I need to know if there’s a story here and if eddy is now going to be haunted because he made the same ill fated trip as the bathroom mural painter.
Now THAT'S a video I'd love to see 😂😭
In the bathroom without monkeys, the artist took his own life. That was the true end of the journey, but eddy was young and naive. He continued his trek and thus sealed his fate as “forever cursed by the tropical rainforest cafe mural artist”

This documented the American experience in the most accurate way. How far apart everything is, the random giant things everywhere. The rain forest cafes. Saving Private Ryan playing at full volume in a Texas Midas. Incredible documentary
Forgive me if I'm wrong but doesn't that movie have like a ton of gore? I've never seen it because I hear it's super bloody. Not really something I would make my customers watch on repeat.
@@spiwolf6998 yeah it's definitely super gory. Lots of gunshot and head wounds. Like most of the people die I'm pretty sure. I was sat next to a frog tho, that was cool
I absolutely love the juxtaposition of Ted enjoying himself, no matter what and Eddy wanting to die. Like I feel sorry for Eddy, but it makes for great cinema
Edd and Ted’s Existential Safaradventure
me: geesh eddy h@t3s himself even more than i do.
I'm not kidding, this is easily one of my favorite CZcams videos of all time. It's a CZcams-Roadtrip movie and I'm HERE FOR IT.
Beat me up
We need more of these

eddy I just want you to know that I fall asleep to this most nights. really takes me on a trip to snoozville but in the best way possible. takes me on the adventure with you
I just love knowing that while Eddy got to spend time with his girlfriend half way through the trip, the crushing reality of the continuation of the trip dawns on him and ruins any happiness that moment might have created. :D
i went to rainforest cafe in mall of america when i was like 10, and we didnt end up eating because my little sister had a panic attack and passed out from all the ambient sounds, i would rate the experience 3/5 stars
Same. I remembered being terrified of all the sounds and creepy animal faces
Holy shit…it is pretty over stimulating tho
That's interesting because I also damn near had a panic attack going up to the topmost floor for the cafe because I'm deathly afraid of heights. My dad says he didn't know that before ahaha! But it was absolutely worth it... The cafe was alright but I wouldn't trade my giant ft foxy for the world.
That gave me a hardy lol, thank you Zach Fake & Co.
As someone who still giggles like a child everytime I walk into one of the Rainforest Cafe restaurants, I laughed my ass off when you entered the Galveston restaurant and experienced the same miraculous wonder I experience everytime I go there.
How often you think Eddy girlfriend be fucking dudes while he was gone.
Probably as much as when he's in the room
The Galveston one is amazing! Love that it's like thirty mins from me lmfao
It blew my mind when he said all of them are located in “mills” malls lol. I haven’t been to the Katy one since 20 years ago
I’ve only ever been to the galveston one and I only went once and I honestly don’t remember my experience being that crazy. But that was also 7 years ago so idk
I went to the Rainforst Cafe often as a kid because I grew up in Houston and Galveston was a common summer day-trip for us. I never knew how good I had it with that location being the one I always went to.
You've convinced me, my friend's and I will be taking this trip at your recommendation. Another banger of a video!
i dont understand how you couldn’t be thrilled at every moment you walk through a rainforest cafe entrance
You're genuinely insane for doing this and I respect you so much for it
Well, he went insane doing this, so checks out.
This guy has less emotional stability than a suicidal teenager.
One day his child is gonna ask to go to Rainforest Cafe
