I just follow mam's instructions...yaa i would like to add one of the most effective vedio of mam i.e., teenager weight loss vedio...i just follow only that vedio and maintaining my diet and also do 45 minutes workout in the mrng.

Due to this pandemic students are more online and less active. Great video. So important to know about the recovery part. I do have a knee injury which doesn't allow me more than 3000 or 4000 steps a day and creates some pain that stops me regular walking. These should help me. Thanks a lot
