- Hello all! Here's my story! I am a housewife, mother of two, a passionate gardener, also a health and beauty enthusiast!
In this chaotic world, i have built my own little beatiful farm where i grow fresh organic fruits and vegetables while sharing the journey with you. Health and beauty has become a major part of daily life and i have gradually started to come up with my own recipes, hacks and tricks for myself and i am now ready to share those with all the beautiful women out there!

Protein is extremely required because as age we lose muscle in our body. To gain it back or atleast to maintain we need to eat 30grams of protein per meal and strength training which will build muscle in our body. I don’t see a source of protein in your diet.
