+Yakhashe That's exactly what amazes me as well, it's crazy how good of an impersonator he is. He does it with the Caucasian American accent, the British one, the Latino, Japanese, south African...mind boggling!
We all have opinions man, I think he's funny u think he sucks, Although im pretty sure he wouldnt have a career if you were the majority, which is fine to be in the minority. What I mean is dont judge someone for liking something/someone (unless they like a serial killer or something) thats pretty rude.
Ooooh now I understand why this guy is Jon Stewart's successor. Super funny, global perspective, and very piercingly intelligent. That last joke was a stone dead killer. He'll be great on the Daily Show!
+Anushri Shukla Second time I've seen you on one of his videos! LOL, and not that I am following you or anything, just find it a bit odd. I was told that luck or opportunity comes in threes. This is the second time I am seeing you, and I thought I say hello, because you're pretty! From that avatar, it looks so. Hello miss, how do you do?
Narf London This is the second time someone is telling me that they have seen my comments on videos ;D Explains my youtube addiction. Namaste! I'm doing well. How about you?
he tells facts in funny ways and politely. that what makes him stand out from other comedians who are just using buzz or dirty words. I like him because he is cool and very calm although some times a group of people might feel offended. But that what jokes about..
he makes fun of everyone, so if someone feels offended when a joke is about them, they should never laugh at all jokes, because every single joke is targeted at a particular group or person.
@Barbara Van der Westhuizen It's a reference to the death of Julius Caesar, I believe his last words were 'Et tu, Brute?'meaning 'Even you, Brutus?', Brutus being a friend of his who was also one of his killers
"even you Ahmed" it refers to a quote from Julius Ceaser when he was being stabbed. Within the betrayers there was also his son Brutus, so Ceaser said: "tu quoque Brute, filii me" which means "even you, Brutus, my son (are betreying me)"
+Ziad Ayman its not Arabic its Greek في مسرحية شكسبير القصير يوليوس يقول حق الخادم مدري الوزير ماله لما اكتشف انه خانه : "حتى انت يا بروتوس" لانه انصدم من خيانته et tu : حتى انت
Lol the bit about "would i really be travelling if id been in contact with one of the most deadly diseases?" is especially funny during corona....YES, people will in fact still travel
RowenKyleBrody Yes and there is stand up comedy that is meant to be politically incorrect and make jokes about things that we are generally to uptight to make jokes about.
Wow Trevor Noah, I remember this guy being the hilarious guy of Joburg now he is so natural on a UK stage, I didn't think the transition was at all possible because he's jokes were always related to South African Politics, but it turns I was wrong
He's really funny and clearly very bright. Relaxed, unafraid, and unrestrained by the realities of life as he experiences it. I read a mini-bio written about him and introducing him as the new host of the Stewart Show. It cited that he was a mixed race comedian from Apartheid South Africa. That description struck me as somewhat contradictory.... A mixed race apartheidonian.
TheEnigmaticHermit Not confused at all; I know that he is anti-apartheid I too am anti-apartheid and clearly so were his parents. It was a pun. I believe you missed it; think about it.
MrJimc2 I think he meant that he suffered under apartheid. In apartheid southafrica it was illegal to be "mixed" so he would equally "bring" problems to both his black parent and to his white parent!! Most certainly his white parent would never want to be seen with him on the street and his black mother would never tell anyone who the father was!!
Trevor Noah. Keep it up. You're making Africa proud bro. I like that part "I just wish Africans would have thought about that when the British arrived..."
He is excellent! His delivery, presentation and subject matter are fresh and interesting, thought provoking, engaging and entertaining!!! Trevor Noah's timely exposition and awareness of the times-- reminds me of Chris Rock's and RL Hughley's but done with no profanity or vulgar-ness ... Excellent!
"There was a time when Muslims were the black people of the skies."
Best. Line. Ever.
themuffinladdy Funny joke but muslims are not a race there 300 million black muslims in Africa..!!!!
+themuffinladdy them and the sikhs. and he used this joke from Dave Chappelle.
+themuffinladdy they still are.
TickleMeShlomo Figures, Chappelle is a legend and that was a legendary joke.
9-11. If you still remember it
it's just magnificent how accurate his accents are :)
+Yakhashe That's exactly what amazes me as well, it's crazy how good of an impersonator he is. He does it with the Caucasian American accent, the British one, the Latino, Japanese, south African...mind boggling!
+samir amadou And his German!
David Bednarczyk his father is swiss german 😂
the white middle aged man accent tho, 100% white no doubt
Jo Fu ah the I can tell race based on voice
"i coughed once, the plane shook"-even more relevant in 2020
Seriously when he said that I needed to check the publishing date of this video 😂🙈
great classic stand-up comedy. no swearing. just classic humor.
"I just wish as Africans we'd thought about that when the Brittish arrived"
***** I think when he said "Africans" he meant (pre-colonial) Native Africans not just inhabitants of Africa.
swamidude I still blame the Dutch
What would you have done?
Roger Propes whats wrong with that?it sure beats paying heavy taxes to feed the lazy royal family.
cant we just laugh on one of the dark side of history?!
Watching this in 2020 and the topic is very relevant
Instead of Ebola, we are now battling Covid19!
Insert “Asian” for “African”. As an Asian I can well attest to the freak out that occurs upon seeing an Asian that coughs.
True
Still in 2021
I like how he doesn't swear at all. It's refreshing
He is very good
yahhh
Because he wasn't born in america
He does tho just occasionally
He couldn't swear because of the network, but even on his own shows, he's pretty clean for the most part.
Impressed how well he does accents.
Same here broh
The british one caught me off guard.
This guy is a real comedian. He knows how to tell a joke. he is smart too
Why am i only hearing about this guy now he's so freaking funny and had really important messages as well! !
We all have opinions man, I think he's funny u think he sucks, Although im pretty sure he wouldnt have a career if you were the majority, which is fine to be in the minority. What I mean is dont judge someone for liking something/someone (unless they like a serial killer or something) thats pretty rude.
I just heard he's taking over The Daily Show. Good choice.
I had to look him up, you're right, he's funny.
Joann Stevens Your comment made me laugh; Why didn't you just watch *this* vid?
You're going to be hearing about him a lot more soon, since he's taking over as host of the Daily Show.
Ooooh now I understand why this guy is Jon Stewart's successor. Super funny, global perspective, and very piercingly intelligent. That last joke was a stone dead killer. He'll be great on the Daily Show!
He's really great. One of my favourite.
And he delivered
Three years later and many can confirm that what you said is so true. Dude is killing it!
You called it right!
@shonen84, 3 years later, and look who called it.
He nailed the ending!!!
+Anushri Shukla Second time I've seen you on one of his videos! LOL, and not that I am following you or anything, just find it a bit odd. I was told that luck or opportunity comes in threes. Narf London This is the second time someone is telling me that they have seen my comments on videos ;D
Explains my youtube addiction.
Namaste! I'm doing well. How about you?
Anushri Shukla I am well, thank you! Nothing wrong being addicted to CZcams. Where abouts are you from gorgeous?
Narf London India.
Anushri Shukla Lovely, that's a very beautiful country! Although, I've never been, but I do hope to do so someday. I'm from London, England.
he tells facts in funny ways and politely. that what makes him stand out from other comedians who are just using buzz or dirty words. I like him because he is cool and very calm although some times a group of people might feel offended. But that what jokes about..
he makes fun of everyone, so if someone feels offended when a joke is about them, they should never laugh at all jokes, because every single joke is targeted at a particular group or person.
Trumpsters have a headache listening to him in America as facts and fun are not in their DNA 😂
My new favorite comedian! Intelligently hilarious without the filth.
+Sno King Stump Grinding You got any other comedian suggestions?
Smart, Quick, Witty, Fresh, New. I wish him the best. I really like him.
That "It's not Ebola, It's aids"... omg, I died laughing!

"You're safe... For now" Don't think many people caught the meaning of the last two words there haha!
Arjun Menon THIS!!!!!
+Njabulo Dlamini rest in peace twice?

@Barbara Van der Westhuizen It's a reference to the death of Julius Caesar, I believe his last words were 'Et tu, Brute?'meaning 'Even you, Brutus?', Brutus being a friend of his who was also one of his killers

It's cool to finally listen to a stand up comedy show with no curse words...
As a British person, I find the end of the video very funny and satisfying.
there is a video deleted on CZcams on British colonization
Roger Banki there are many. And?
Roger Banki it's not like my ancestors did anything wrong
I like him very funny & direct no filtered. " I wish we Africans thought the same way when British people arrive in Africa. Very true kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
That was so great.
There has been 0 cases of Ebola in South Africa and 4 in America ....just like to point that out...
Exactly
Source?
Source?
@@FrostEncounter just look at WHO reports
Well played
I love how he addresses serious issues in such a charming, unassuming way!
"Et tu Ahmed?"
"Enjoy being under the bus"
the right quote would be "tu quoque", still super funny though
what does it mean ?
"even you Ahmed" it refers to a quote from Julius Ceaser when he was being stabbed. Within the betrayers there was also his son Brutus, so Ceaser said: "tu quoque Brute, filii me" which means "even you, Brutus, my son (are betreying me)"
it means "you too, Ahmed ?"
people can say what they want but trevor is just too funny i get the sense hes going to be one of the biggest comedians around for years to come
"Have you been in contact with Ebola?"
"Yeah, I spoke to him last week"

I was laughing from the beginning all the way until the end, love him, he's hilarious!
I lost it at "Et tu Ahmed?" 😂😂
His English accent is brilliantly spot on!
Lol the bit about "would i really be travelling if id been in contact with one of the most deadly diseases?" is especially funny during corona....YES, people will in fact still travel
Not with ebola
So many easily offended people here.
Tip: If you are the type to get offended by jokes-don't watch stand-up comedy.
***** there is stand up comedy that doesn't offend.
RowenKyleBrody Yes and there is stand up comedy that is meant to be politically incorrect and make jokes about things that we are generally to uptight to make jokes about.
I didn't say there wasn't.
***** I didn't know talking about imperialism was political incorrect.
I felt all the jokes were relevant and funny. Nothing felt out of line.
6:40 so true, hilarious... Such a intelligent humor without bad words, cannot wait Saturday in Stockholm 👏🤗🤗🤗
HE can speak at least 5 languagues. He is an expert with dialects
Wow Trevor Noah, I remember this guy being the hilarious guy of Joburg now he is so natural on a UK stage, I didn't think the transition was at all possible because he's jokes were always related to South African Politics, but it turns I was wrong
I absolutely love Trevor Noah....Quality
He has the confidence and timing, the daily show writers will do the rest. I rekon he'll do alrite.
Tyler James 3 years later... turns out you were correct.
I just love this man. Charming, funny, intelligent. What a wonderful sense of humour. He makes me laugh out loud.
Paused the video mid way to like it. Who else did ghar? Great comic timing and wits this guy.
Truth hurts even when packaged in a joke. One of my favourite comedians right now.
Even thou i've seen them all at least 5 times, i still enjoy your work and sense of humor Trevor
His accents, his knowledge of issues, cultures, and his gestures/expressions. What a performer! Would love to attend his performances in person.
I can't believe how effing cute you are ❤ lots of love from India 😘

Like the Americans...
The last line kills me every time. Extravagant material.
A really, really sweet comedian and Human being. We wish u all the luck.
Best stand up comedian ever.
You must be confused. He is clearly anti-apartheid. Most of his sets including this one addresses racial issues.
TheEnigmaticHermit Not confused at all; I know that he is anti-apartheid I too am anti-apartheid and clearly so were his parents. It was a pun. I believe you missed it; think about it.
You are definitely not a smart person .
dramatish And why would that be, sir?
MrJimc2 I think he meant that he suffered under apartheid. In apartheid southafrica it was illegal to be "mixed" so he would equally "bring" problems to both his black parent and to his white parent!! Most certainly his white parent would never want to be seen with him on the street and his black mother would never tell anyone who the father was!!
Brilliant, I can't get enough of his jokes. One of the best in the world.
