The "Rig mode Helper" Pop-up didn't appear for me so instead I directly went to the Rig mode icon (at the top bar, it's one of the last few icons at the top). Afterward, click Quick Rigging Tool at the top left to do the same in the video!

Same here. Thx! You can also import it as "model" not scene to have the dialogues automatically pop up, as shown here : czcams.com/video/ipKcU7cYP68/video.html

WHen I import my model it's all twisted and scrunched up, it doesn't go back to the standing position shown in the video

Wonderful! I had 3 options on my mind to skin&rig my characters; 1st was Mixamo, 2nd was Blender Riggify and 3rd was AccuRIG (was last because i had no idea where to animate this). Now i will be trying "AccuRIG to Cascadeur to Unreal Engine 5" workflow first, hopefully it will be the one to work. Thanks.

@@HeroGetsu Having troubles with rigging in Cascadeur, after moving a part; character's body gets into weird positions, mostly hips getting pushed out but that does not happen with Cascadeur's default character model. It might get better if custom model gets worked on in rig mode inside Cascadeur, but i havent found a way to fix that.

Accurig is much more precise at rigging than auto rig pro.
It takes into account extra rigid parts like clothes and armor
And u can always use cc/ic pipeline to import it in blender and have a rigify rig

@@sk.mahdeemahbubsamy2857 I already switched to Blender Game Rig Tools addon to have default mannequin skeleton of Unreal Engine 5; so animations which would work with mannequin will work with my models. I am using Blender's default auto skinning but it comes with requirement to make watertight/one piece models. Rest parts like bags, belts etc. i am using transfer weights from watertight mesh to those extra parts inside Blender. With some manual weight painting; i have a working workflow from Blender to Unreal Engine 5 with default mannequin skeleton. All i need to do now is, to make my animations in Cascadeur with UE5's mannequin, and bring them as they are into Unreal. That is it.
Also, i uploaded my earlier workflow in my channel; but it also comes with Blender voxel skinning addon which i mostly dont use anymore, and also comes with cloth simulation for the model in Unreal Engine 5 which i ditch the idea because how much costy it is for mobile. I can say workflow in my video is still working. If anyone wanna check here it is; czcams.com/video/QmjQcaFY7fk/video.html
Weight painting/skinning and rigging is painful unfortunately; and needs extra manual work. Good luck everybody!

Does it use AccuRig's skin weights or it discards them at import?
Can you adjust the weights in cascadeur?

I have to say, I was ready to buy a pro version but I am so disappointed at the rigging. I have spent hours trying to make a rig with no success. Had a skinned character in Maya and it was so slow I could never generate a rig. Auto rig pro, no success because there was a joint constraint issue. Rigify and there was no skinning attached despite it being skinned. Kinda bummed right now.
