Dr. Stanley just described my Grandmother. I'm so overwhelmed because without thinking about it, I've tried to model her. It's done nothing but been a blessing to have been raised by Ophelia Julian. No money no degree can replace her showing me what Godliness is! She never complained. I'm determined to get it right. Jesus will strengthen me!

I felt impressed to listen to this message. The enemy wants me to be robbed of God's Goodness. Now that I have allowed The Holy Spirit to convict me of some issues in my life, that need to be confessed & repented for. I am so blessed that God can break the chains!
It is true. It has been several year to live with unkind spouse and will talk to you only when he need something. I hold myself and cry most of the night. I forgive and move on each time I hurt. Until God call me back with Him. This message is really touch my heart, I thank God everyday for strengthen me with His Words and His love. All my children can feel that every moment and that's enough for me to know that God love me so much.
Thank you for this sermon about Mother's! I miss the days when life was more predictable and people respected their dads and loved their mothers. Where life was more orderly, and therefore more Godly. What a treasure you must have been to your mother!

I treated my mother so badly and it is so hard to understand that Jesus loves me in Speight of that. I know I am forgiven but how that can be is only by the Grace of Jesus Christ. Thank you Jesus Christ for forgiving me and saving me from eternal hell. Please help me love others where they are.

I was searching CZcams for what Charles Stanley might have to say about what a woman’s role is in the church. There’s a turmoil going on right now between John MacArthur and Beth Moore and whether or not women should be preachers in the church according to what God says in the Bible. What I always find with Charles Stanley is peace. He’s talking about a Godly mother and describing his mother and what he’s describing is my mother too. Charles Stanley is my most favorite preacher of all preachers anywhere.
We probably deserved more than we got, that got me.

My mother was an 👼 from God. She still protects and looks after me. I talk to God & her even though she passed @ 58 way to young I am so grateful for her. She never smoke or drank. Always was there for me. She sincerely believed in God. I intend to paint a scene... An autumn day in the woods with me and her. She believed, we addressed God. Zhe taught me at a young age about the father, son, & spirit @ a young age. We visited a nativity scene in a barn behind my house when i was young. She always helped me go back up to my elementary school when i forgot my assigments. Rooted me on at soccer games. Everyone liked her. She got along with everyone. She always forgave me...

Not saying that the kids will be perfect, but what a difference it would make if all kids had godly mature parents to instill morals and values in them. We have to be the example, even if we didn't have one.

@@epinoob22 are you a woman? A mother? A daughter? I love my parents unconditionally. I might not always enjoy their company but I do love them despite so much we have been through. I love my children unconditionally. No matter now naughty they get or how busy I am they are my joy.
@@doulaolgamke nope im a son and I know what I see. You are a rarity but women normally don't love for loves sake. Most of the time mothers manipulate the children to hate the father and give special favors for the children for complying. Women do not love their husband's unconditionally nor their children but children are a bit different in that she thinks of them as a very close friendship.
@@epinoob22 😞I have witnessed the parent manipulation as a result of a divorce or separation in my own life as a child and in the lives of relatives. I dont think it meant my mom didn't love me I think it was just that she didn't realize how that affected me and my siblings. No one is perfect including parents. I believe they both did the best they could or knew how.

My wife parents from complete fear. She’s afraid he’s going to fail. Afraid he’s going to hurt himself, etc. And as a father I have no ability to put my values into the equation because anything that goes against her fears she gets anxiety. So she makes her own decisions without talking with me or changes our decision behind my back. The second I say enough she raises all kinds of hell slamming her hands on the table and saying I’m this and I’m that and will eventually get her daddy involved to try to kick me out of the house if I stand firm. Because of this we have a 19 year old high school dropout living at home with no job, no chores, no responsibilities, no boundaries, no consequences and no expectations other than having fun. You’d think he was a quadriplegic if you talk to her. What’s worse is that she covers her bad decisions up by lying. She tells people he’s graduated and is working on getting a job. So on and so on. He sits at home all day playing video games, playing with legos and surfing social media. He’s as white as a ghost from not going outside and there’s not an ounce of definition to his body. He’s never had to use a muscle. Our marriage counselor says my wife and father in law have an enmeshed relationship with narcissistic tendencies and this is the way he treats her as well. If the car breaks down he needs to be the one to get it fixed. If I say no it’s our vehicle to fix I get yelled at for taking him out of the picture. The Jezebel spirit is running rampant in our life and no matter how many people tell her it isn’t right she continues it relentlessly.
Look to God for an intervention , don't focus on circumstances, focus on God, knowing He cares and can change a heart when we can not
