Just ordered my second skate board of all time. First was a Lucero in the late 80s, now an Auby Taylor Grateful Sled. Couldn't find any Black Label in Minneapolis, so I went directly online. This is the best skate board gear of all time, and I might need to explore opening my own shop and start distributing.

John Lucero is the real deal. He means alot. Not only is he a ripper but he kept it going. I used to hang out & party with an older dude nicknamed Luce back in the mid 80s. Being a skater, I asked him if his last name was Lucero. He flipped out & nearly kicked my ass. Turns out, Luce was short for Lucifer. Really nice guy though. Just a little nuts.

I know it's late, but Black Label was one of my fave brands. Plus! They were the ONLY brand, other than Powell that put out really good blank boards. We were broke ghetto kids BGK! Lol. Anyway, a cheap new blank was better than dumpster diving the local shop. Thanks Label team, some good years boys!!
