Two of those records have already been broken. Caeleb Dressel's 100m butterfly was broken by himself at the 2021 Olympics with a time of 49.45 sec. and that of Inessa Kravets in women's triple jump, was beaten by Yulimar Rojas from Venezuela with 15.67mts, also in the Tokyo 2021 Olympics.
Mondo Duplantis pole vaulted 6.20 meters at the World Indoor Championships and Yulimar Rohas beat her own WR also during the same competition

Sergey Bubka had record set to 6.14, but his highest registered jump was 6.37 when he overjumped the line by 40cm. So at least 6.20-6.25 is possible in the next decade
