I like the quick Tech tip kind of thing. If you want to do one on making your car go straight that would be great. I know I have my turnbuckles set correctly but my car always list to one side and I have the autocorrect knob turned almost all the way to the right

Hey mark I have a rustler 4×4 vxl fully loaded and telemetry gps, temp, and voltage in it and was wondering is there a radio that will work with the telemetry that I already have
Hey mark, your videos are a big help, thanks. I just got an E Revo that was converted from nitro to electric. The stock radio system was gone so I am using Spektrum dx5c with a 6ch rx. The truck has to servos besides the steering. 1 servo goes into the trany and is reverse, the other servo has a spring attached to it going into the trany I think, what is the correct settings for these servos? It is a 2 speed trany. Thanks for your help.

Just got a blinking green light on my RX. My esc is lit like its supposed to but i can not operate the car with the remote. Any ideas of what to do or what the issue could be?
I put a new HW ESC in my Xrt 8s and I’m trying to link the receiver and controller but nothing happens when I hold in the link button on the receiver? Why won’t it link?

Well I have a redcat transmitter and it don't have a buying button on it but on the ESC is a bind button on their next to the On switch

Mark do you know if anyone makes a blocker for TQI trigger so you can run a car very slow for children to use i have the 50% power programed already but looking to likit trigger pull to allow only like 5mph top speed
Great Video! I have a serious problem and am wondering if you have any solutions or suggestions? My Traxxas Stampede 4x4 VXL will unexpectedly disconnect from my transmitter during runs and sometimes at the end of my runs. It even sometimes un-binds from my transmitter. Could my receiver have water damage? I am just trying to find a solution if possible before I dish out 75 dollars for a new receiver. Thanks!

I have a question for you I built a 12S x maxx I'm using a stock transmitter and receiver and a 1/5 servo I can't get the stearing to work rite it only has 50% motion and its weak if I rebind the transmitter I get full motion but weak if I reset the end points I lose full motion back to 50% and weak I think a aftermarket transmitter and receiver would probably fix the issue but that has to wait any suggestions ?

@Mark Santa Maria what do you recommend for a beginner car a normal slash or a 4wd slash or a vxl version of either a 4x4 or 2x2?
you can go for a slash or if you want the speed go with a vxl and put it in training mode you can also ask traxxas support of what that recommend you
Why no reverse on a non race truck
I am wondering the same thing.
it's in racing mode so look at traxxas support on their CZcams and it's says programming your esc
I know how to turn the reverse off...I’m asking why when you don’t need to

Dude I have a traxxas jato 3.3 and when I pulled the throttle the wheels started turning.. check out my short video..
And everyone I talked to was telling me my servo is bad and receiver... and I was stumped for the last 2 weeks. The car is 3 weeks old.. was about to have traxxas fix it under warranty( replace servo and receiver) then I stumbled upon this video and the first part of your video on repairing the transmitter and receiver.
That seemed to have fixed my issue. Must've been poor communication between the 2. But just wanted to say thanks for saving my newbie brain from pulling my hair out!

The tqi link is a piece of shit. I linked my Traxxas UDR and now I can't power down the ESC unless I pull the battery cables out! Why in the fuck would anybody want to pay money to lose a basic function like that? Traxxas is saying that is normal but it is got to be a fuck up in the update and they don't want to admit it. Fuck Traxxas!
