EP1 1978 Toyota Hilux Micro Mini RV Project

In this episode we get a through (and somewhat boring) tour of our 1978 Toyota Hilux Micro Mini Motorhome. We picked this up from someone who hadn't driven it in some time and it requires a lot of attention. What you see is what we did after we drove it home on really bad tires, so we changed those and fixed a head gasket issue with the 20R motor.

Music to my ears when you said "I like to keep it as original as possible". That's what I did with my '84 Nissan Lakeview. Too many "restorations" just paint everything black, white, and grey to make it "millennial", or or something. Wood is not an enemy- it has warmth and charm. That old Hilux is in good hands now. Enjoy it.

you know almost nothing about RV systems. Calling the water heater the fridge, then the furnace exhaust the water heater! STOP PRETENDING YOU ARE DOING ANYTHING ON THIS RV!!
